Cortland Dental & Braces

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Cortland Dental & Braces in Springfield. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The office is clean, well-organized, and appointments run on time. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would definitely recommend Cortland Dental & Braces to anyone looking for quality dental care.

My son was seen for cleaning and check up. Everything was smooth. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The employees are so disrespectful they do not know a thing about personal business! Lady said it was a reward to have colored braces while I was in a depressed state unable to take of myself properly. So much attitude it was simply embarrassing for me and them. She said many horrible things to make me feel shame. Would never recommend!

Went yesterday for a cleaning and exam. Alex gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had. He was thorough and funny. It’s absurd how many patients he’s expected to see in an hour. But even with all that pressure he still managed to make me laugh and was great with the kids. Dr. Toledo did my exam. She's funny too. Even though the place seems very busy I still get a sense that they genuinely care for people. This place is low key nice for a dental office.

They take too long after your appointed time. I’m talking close to an hour. They run around in a rush through your appointment because of scheduling so many appointments for the same time. Can’t forget to mention the lady that came in to set up was slamming items loud and hard as if she was having a bad morning. Never once greeted me and my daughter. Quite friendly for a kids dental office. As long as she’s been here, she should know better. Reminds me of why I stopped coming here years ago. Just thought maybe things had changed.
