Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend. All my kids are serviced here & it’s always a pleasant experience. I was late and they were still able to see all my kids & my 5 year old daughter had even bit an DA during the x-rays & he was so great about it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Cortland Dental & Braces in Springfield. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The office is clean, well-organized, and appointments run on time. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would definitely recommend Cortland Dental & Braces to anyone looking for quality dental care.

On two different occasions. I’ve brought my daughter here the first time she was a little nervous and instead of the dentist reassuring her and trying to keep her calm just instantly dismissed her and was like oh maybe she’ll do better at a different dentist spot then I just tried to bring her again, and because my daughter has issues with her eyes being inflamed, not pink eye, which they are aware of they did not see her, so I just spent money getting my daughter to an appointment that they wouldn’t see her at. Extremely frustrating won’t be coming back

My kids had previos bad experiences at other dentist. There is a team here that my kids and I love. Their work ethic and their approach is unique! If i could personally pick the team each time i go, i would pick the same team. D.A. I had a visit 12/22 I arrived at an appointment at the wrong time they were able to find me fast opening in the same hour ! I received the best cleaning with the funniest , open , comforting staff EVERYONE was amazing 5 stars ! From the front desk to the dental dentist . The best part was the easy going calm dentist ALEX as well and a younger lady staff who made me laugh and feel comfortable with some dental history findings ! They explained to me everything easily and unjudgemental or forced !!!! Have been coming there since 11 I am 22 so definitely will be a family long term dental.
