Had oral surgery today and the two oral surgeons were amazing! The experience with them was so welcoming and very quick.

I have visited this location a few times over the years and did not have issues until now. I visited last week and waited an hour for them to verify my insurance after arriving 15 minutes before my children’s appointment. After confirming that my insurance required a separate card for dental, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before we were seen. I was scheduled to return today for additional treatment that my son needed. I was told today that I had to pay the full cost of what my insurance did not cover or service would not be provided. That’s fine if that’s the company’s policy; however, this was not communicated prior to the appointment. I asked about a payment plan and was told that if I made a partial payment today, then the dentist could do part of the work that was needed or reschedule my appointment when I had the full payment. That’s insane! There was no communication from the dentist or staff on what we needed to do to prepare my nine year old for today. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

Spencer Dental had a very kind and caring staff. They were very knowledgeable and informative about my treatment plan.
