If you are look for a great orthodontist this is the place. Staff was super helpful and nice. They made me good and did my braces on the same day!!! I had an issue with one of my brackets coming off that night. I to the office the next day and Doctor Bates himself fixed my issues no questions asked. I truly recommend this place.

5 stars all around! The team is extremely caring & helpful, the doctors are very knowledgeable. I LOVE this ortho office & recommend them every chance I get. I started my treatment at a different office that estimated a way longer treatment time than Bates Orthodontics estimated. I even finished my treatment earlier than Dr. Bates estimated!! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking

Excellent experience with Dr. Bates! He has the qualities of a great doctor: He listens well. He explains the possible treatment plans well and realistically. I highly recommend him!

My son (9 years old) is traumatized of the dentist so I was very nervous about his consultation appointment. When we arrived he was shaking and the ladies at the front desk could tell he was scared but they reassured my son everything will be okay and Dr. Bates and his assistant would take good care of him. The young lady that did his pictures and X-Rays was very understanding and patient with my son as he face his fears and asked her 101 questions. Dr. Bates answered all my concerns and questions and even took the time out to explain to my son in detail about the beginning of his braces journey. You can tell my son started to get comfortable with Dr. Bates and his staff because he requested Scout at his next visit to comfort him. I can’t wait to see the beginning of my baby journey in April. I highly recommend this orthodontics.
