Spencer Dental & Braces

This was the BEST DENTAL EPISODE EVER. Let’s get into . I woke up Tuesday morning left side of my face was swollen and my wisdom tooth was broken off and throbbing. I call the 1-800- number on back of my insurance card and the connected me with Spencer’s Dental. I called them they said the could see me today . I was so excited because it’s always a wait list or a month long wait. Got to the appointment the woman at the front desk was very warm and helpful. They helped me get checked in and ready to see the dentist. I didn’t even wait that long the young lady came out to get me very nice and made me feel very relaxed.She answered all my questions took my x-rays and straight away took me to the room the doctor came in examined me and said I need to see the oral surgeon. The nurse ask me if Saturday was good I said you know we going to have bad weather, she said is Saturday good, I said yes. Saturday came weather was good, got to the appointment signed in and waited for my name to be called. They called me did the check in and the moment I been waiting for had come , I was nervous, scared, and ready to be out of pain. She spoke with me and went over all the details of the procedure and I started to feel better and the the Oral Surgeon came in with a smile on his face and a happy claiming spirit. He love what he do and I could feel it , he explained the process that was going to be occurring every step. This is the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER TOP TIER. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY TREATMENT THAT WAS GIVEN ME I Greatly Appreciate All of You. Praying God’s Continued Blessings Be Upon You All.

Had appointment at 3 ,got there 10 minutes early. He comes 330 name not called , go to counter said app was changed to 330 ,they don't know how. Finally got called to back at 405. Got in back at it's 445 still waiting for cleaning. Poor customer service two sisters in front with attitude. If u don't want job u shouldn't be there. Happen 300 pm Jana on 2/23/2026. Never again. Work on customer service

My son and I had a wonderful experience at JANAF SPENCER DENTAL. Thanks to FARRAH she’s incredibly kind and informative throughout the visit. I especially appreciated how she took the time to show me my son X-ray and explained exactly what was going on and where the pain is coming from. It made us feel much more comfortable. (DO NOT GO TO HOLLAND location people there are rude)

My appt was at 10:15 for my 2 boys. It’s a week day so they had to miss school for the cleaning. They called us up at about 11:15. Sat the boys in the chairs and come 12pm they were still not even started. I had to leave as I had another appt at 1pm. So in 2 hours and missing school nothing was accomplished. Another time I arrived 5 mins late, signed in, sat down, waited 5 mins, was called to the front desk and told I could be seen because I was 5 mins late- no grace period. Now I’m sure to be early but unfortunately this place abuses people’s time. They’re basic enough that they get the job done and although the front staff is disorganized when it comes to documentation and sorting insurance the dental staff is always very kind and have a good spectrum of what’s going on with the teeth. They change dentists every couple of years but when they do the new one is just as kind as the former.

My experience was great. The staff was down to earth yet professional. I felt comfortable there. The woman that did my x ray was patient and kind. I look forward to my cleaning at my next appointment there. No problems whatsoever.
