I had my wisdom tooth removed on September 4th. The Dr. and his assistant was excellent. The procedure was very quick. I didn't feel any discomfort during the extraction of my wisdom tooth other than the numbing process. Thanks Spencer Dental&Braces.

Love this place. This is a huge dentist office located in Janaf area . I have had pain on the left side of my mouth for A while now. I was able to get x-rays, and see the Root cause of my problems . Staff was awesome , Highly recommended

Did a procedure with this company …they didn’t send my information to my insurance company …and it’s been 3 months …if they don’t send it within a year I will be forced to pay full price even though I have and gave them my insurance information …my insurance company has reached out to them ..they don’t respond ..I have left 3 messages for them to call me back within the last 2 weeks and they have yet to call me …I have been calling numerous times because they still haven’t followed up with me …and the Janaf location won’t even pick up for the people transferring me to them …they don’t call back Even if you leave a number ..they don’t pick up at all…and they don’t follow up with your procedure …two weeks no call back no pick up nothing …this is starting to feel like a scam and if I gotta pay cause they refuse to send my information off to my insurance company …I will bring the news up there …let alone after doing my surgery with them …they kept calling me to make a appointment for the same procedure they already did with me …doesn’t make no sense at alll…then tell me my number ain’t on file but I had to give them all my information for me to even do a surgery with them and they are calling me to rebook a surgery already done ….literallly they don’t make sense and if that’s how they move all there records are prolly messed up …the worse. ….follow up to the response since cant respond up to the reply …I called that number the same day I made this review I put in a complaint and left my 4th message for them to call me back ..they know what’s wrong but they can’t get in touch with the office to fix it …I still have no call back from me calling for weeks and leaving numerous messages to be called back…WHY DONT YALLL JUST CALLL ME BACK LIKE YOU GUYS SAID WOULD HAPPEN SINCE YALL NOT HELPNY NO MATTER WHAT NUMBER I CALL FROM YALLL …literallly it’s so ignorant “Matthew Robles” look my name up and callll cause I’m tired of tryna force y’all to do yall job or help fix it

Spencer Dental at Janaf was exceptional! Staff was professional and courteous. They had me in and out in a breeze. The dentist explained the procedure every step of the way and Shawn demonstrated attentiveness, empathy and sensitivity to the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. Thank you for a job well done!

The orthodontist department is ALWAYS cancelling my daughter's appointment. She hasn't had her braces tightened in months. They do this often. Every time we make an appointment. They cancel. They're ridiculous.
