Pippin Dental & Braces

I scheduled an appointment through Pippen’s Call Center 2 days Prior to my children’s appointments. The appointment was confirmed via telephone and text. Online it states the location is closed on Saturdays and Sundays so I called the office to confirm that they were open and to confirm the appointment which then I was told by Paula they did not see the appointment. I had to do some calling around and eventually the original number I called to schedule the appointment a representative was able to confirm and told me to just go to the appointment and have staff reach out. I arrive 40 mins early so we could understand the disconnect I spoke with Paula who was very helpful in trying to understand where there was a disconnect her co worker by the name of Brandy asked for my children’s names and dates of birth stating they haven’t been seen since 2023 and they have no confirmed appointments. I was letting her know I had Eddy a Representative on the phone. Brandy was very dismissive and rude just kept saying the schedule was full they are not seeing them today, that Pippen never confirmed the appointment and she doesn’t see it.Brandy didn’t care to figure out nor understand the disconnect with the call center she preferred to argue with me I’m front of other patients and tell whomever Shae is that she’s not dealing with this today. Instead of de-escalating the situation and finding the solution to the miscommunication on the companies end. Paula stepped in and actually spoke with the Call center Rep and was able to see my children were scheduled there was an error with the names and there was a duplicate account. The Call Center may benefit from additional training in Active Listening and Accurate Data Entry courses. Brandy demonstrated lack of professionalism and patient care I recommend additional training in Patient Centered Communication, Conflict Resolution & Proper Verification Procedures. This situation could have been handled calmly and professionally with better training in de-escalation and internal communication protocols.

Horrible it was just horrible. The staff are rasicist. My son was crying because he was scared and I heard him but didn’t see him. After that they kept telling me everything was fine and his teeth was all good. I was so tired of pippin dental always canceling our appointments so I decided to move to seven day dental. That was an amazing choice! They checked my son out and said that 2 of his teeth were rotten. As it turns out he was crying so they didn’t want to treat him! They never gave him proper treatment! This is a horrible kids dental! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!

If I could I would leave 0 starts the customer service is HORRIBLE! You schedule an appointment and won’t be seen until an after or so after the scheduled appt time. When you speak up the dentists becomes very rude and aggressive. Not only that they are very unsanitary and when I asked for the dentist to wash her hands she told me she changed her gloves so the dentist needs to be retrained or I will be filing a complaint with the state because as a dentist you should be changing your gloves after each patient but you should also be washing your hands as well and a pt mother shouldnt have to be the one to say something shut this location down and retrain everyone expeditiously!!

Please don’t ever visit this dental clinic. The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and they will ignore you while you’re standing at the desk. Also my kids got dental work here and we have insurance. Because the front desk lady didn’t input the insurance I have a $3600 bill. The dental staff was okay, but the front desk are very rude nasty and non chalant.

I love Pippin Dental and braces. My 18 year old daughter went there for her braces now my 10 year old son will be going there for his braces. The staff is very friendly and informative.
