Pippin Dental & Braces

I love Pippin Dental and braces. My 18 year old daughter went there for her braces now my 10 year old son will be going there for his braces. The staff is very friendly and informative.

They have a call center that doesn’t know anything about the services for each location. I had to leave work early twice at the last minute because they don’t know how to schedule my son’s appt. They gave my son’s appointment away to someone else. Ortho only comes twice a week! And their schedule is such an inconvenience to the parents that have jobs and the kids that have to go to school! And they have the audacity to threaten to charge extra if you can’t make it before the treatment plan is done. I regret having my son’s braces here at a PEDIATRIC office that doesn’t accommodate to the parents and children’s schedule. Don’t bring your kids here

My kids love it here! The staff goes above and beyond to keep the kids comfortable. Always super reasonable on appointment times and rescheduling with ease.

If I could I would leave 0 starts the customer service is HORRIBLE! You schedule an appointment and won’t be seen until an after or so after the scheduled appt time. When you speak up the dentists becomes very rude and aggressive. Not only that they are very unsanitary and when I asked for the dentist to wash her hands she told me she changed her gloves so the dentist needs to be retrained or I will be filing a complaint with the state because as a dentist you should be changing your gloves after each patient but you should also be washing your hands as well and a pt mother shouldnt have to be the one to say something shut this location down and retrain everyone expeditiously!!

If I could give no stars I would, first of all pulled up to appointment and signe said kool smiles but clearly pippin dental?? Also the call rep set appointment at wrong location on top of waiting a month to get my daughter wisdom extracted was meet with referral to others that aren’t available either this place sucks just the location I went to. The location on 52nd keystone is the better location
