My daughter, Liberty, needed an emergency surgery follow-up. Everyone were so warm and friendly on a cold morning. Dr. Giselle and Michaelia made Liberty comfortable as past experiences and dental knowledge was shared. Our questions were answered and Liberty walked away feeling relieved. 😌

When I tell you this is the worst place to bring your child. Please listen. It’s always an issue with something whether it be appointment time schedules or simply confirming an appointment. Whole front of the house is a joke. I Only stuck around these last few months because her braces and being that her orthodontist left abruptly, I understand why completely but her braces needed to be finished. I travel almost 2 hours to come with several confirmed appointment messages also shown to staff, but they blame everything on the call center. Just for them to tell me oh he’s had his appointments cleared for over a month but wait until I arrive to tell me that. I wasn’t the nicest person obviously during this time and I should have controlled my anger more so towards the girl telling me, but I also feel like their tone is not up to Customer Service standards if she would’ve approached the situation without stupid questions as to why my daughter is there when she has the whole screen in front of her is beyond me and that’s after waiting she finished whatever conversation she was having with another staff member who is also a joke. He made several mistakes over the past two years, including appointment changes and even putting my daughter in a whole other area where she didn’t belong. not to mention the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. You could be waiting 2+ more hours just for your child’s teeth to get clean because they are so unorganized.

The staff is very nice a friendly! It was my kids first time here, switching to a new dentist one of my kids needed emergency care and they didn’t hesitate to get them in and scheduled. So big thanks to Savannah Smiles, my kids said they are comfortable going here thank you all!

This place is so unprofessional. One of the front desk check in person. She needs to find a warehouse job. I was sitting for 2 hours after she done check my son in and when I went to go ask her what's taking so long. This damn professional is going to say oh you need to go to the next windows. Mind you they called and told my appointment was at 830 then when I get here it's at 930. I do not stay in the city limits to be playing with my gas and time.

Fast and friendly service. Daughter had braces put on for the first time and their team is very gentle with the procedure and makes the customer feel at ease through out the process. Thanks once again awesome team.
