My daughter, Liberty, needed an emergency surgery follow-up. Everyone were so warm and friendly on a cold morning. Dr. Giselle and Michaelia made Liberty comfortable as past experiences and dental knowledge was shared. Our questions were answered and Liberty walked away feeling relieved. 😌

My granddaughter received care by Dr. Raimey and nurse Alisica, both absolutely amazing! They talked her through everything step by step, told her how they was very proud of her and so much more! We need many more nurses like Miss Alisica and Dr. Rainey, they make go to the dentist enjoyable instead of scary. I highly recommend savannah smiles to all parents💯💯I can't end this review without mentioning another wonderful soul, nurse Brandon who made my 2 granddaughters go from scared to laughing and smiling!! Thank you for being overall caring and compassionate!!

I’ve been attending this office since 2013. The service wasn’t always this bad. I understand it’s not their job to satisfy patient’s expectations by being super polite, they do their job which is to fix smiles. However the waiting time is insane even if you come early. Their personnel are always busy which makes it difficult to approach them without feeling overbearing.

Amazing Staff! Very punctual! They were able to get me in when the other popular kids dentist told me to wait 3 months out! I’m forever grateful for this dental office for servicing us and fixing my child’s smile and confidence!

I arrived at this dental office 5 minutes early for my appointment and ended up waiting over an hour and 10 minutes without ever being called back. During that time, several people who came in after me were taken in first. When I asked the front desk about the delay, they were passive-aggressive and not helpful at all. It was frustrating and unprofessional. I understand delays happen, but better communication and basic courtesy would go a long way. Definitely won’t be returning.
