First, it’s so easy to schedule a new appointment and rescheduling as well! They were super friendly for my cleaning and explaining everything they were doing. The cleaning and tooth check was a bit uncomfortable but no complaints otherwise. I LOVE the Hispanic Reception lady she’s awesome and very sweet. Five star service!

Had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. Unfortunately, due to issues with call center my appointment was Not an appointment. The front office people were OUTSTANDING 💯 They explained what happened and were able to reschedule me in 2 days 😊🫡 I have had extensive work done and they checked Everything, did a fantastic cleaning and were careful. Highly Recommend. Thank You guys and gals 😁❤️

Probably one of the worst customer service experience i have ever had. I made and an appointment over 6 months ago. Been rescheduled twice. Get a phone call today that they need to reschedule me again because their “call center” over booked. And it’s another 6 month wait. Unless it and emergency so they can charge you $1000 of dollars they don’t care. Look elsewhere. To big of a corporate mindset to even care about there patient.

I have been using this office since before it was Ruby Dental because of the location and easy access to the interstate and how easy it is to schedule. However, the check in procedure takes forever. Especially if you have multiple children done at one visit. Their customer service on the phone is very professional but the front office staff is incredibly rude and not warm welcoming with a smile. I dont know where the original front office staff went to but we sure miss them! I absolutely detest the way my children and I were dismissed today because the Manager was extremely unprofessional, ill prepared and loud. The Dentist are top notch. So once you get in the back, its all good. Stay Blessed!

I didn’t even make it into the office. I called and scheduled a cleaning and check up for 8/2 (today) I had an employee call off so I called to get in for another time at the end of this week or next week. Firstly they didn’t have me under an appointment yet had my child who had not been seen there for 9 years, even though the appointment confirmation showed my name as the patient name, she did some more searching and said she found my appointment but it wasn’t for a cleaning as the hygienist called off, I said well good thing I had an employee call in or I would have left work for no reason. She then said well actually it wouldn’t have been a cleaning even if they were here because we aren’t doing cleanings for adults until next year sometime….what….just the sheer lack of communication and misinformation is enough for me to not want these people in my mouth. Not to mention the lady answering the phones should not be in any type of customer service role…yikes…go elsewhere people.
