This was the worst experience of my life fist of all the lady in the pink though it was ok to come out the back to talk about a woman and her children that was so unprofessional and last check in security and the registration lady was so rude to me on was on the phone as she was talking nasty to me telling me she can’t help me and also told me to move to the side twice in a row as if I was a kids all I want to know is why was everyone and there children was getting called before my children I felt so defeated they treated me as if I could not ask any questions my appointment was at 11:30am I’m still here and the time is now 1:54 I truly believe the pushed my kids files to the back of the list!!!!!!!!! We are never returning

My baby's first visit to the dentist was amazing! I loved the lady who assisted us she was so sweet ! My baby was so happy and comfortable with her will be back definitely!!

I’ve been going to this place since I was younger, and it’s a pretty good place with kindhearted people, and the wait isn’t long, but recently I had been going to get fillings, and the white lady who did them messed up my teeth. I can’t eat on one side, and on the other side she shaved it too much, and it’s now sensitive to hot and cold food and air. I keep bringing up these issues to her, and she always acts as if she’s irritated and angry and doesn’t want to do her job. Her response is always, "You're not biting on your filling," or "Use sensitive toothpaste” and then she hurries up and walk out the room. Number one, she keeps filling the wrong parts of the teeth that are on the side I can’t eat on, and number 2, the teeth she filled down too much—she did it on her own when I didn’t even tell her that tooth bothered me. I only told her I couldn’t tell right now because my teeth were numb, and she said she filled it down more even though she didn’t need to. She sprayed water on the tooth that I said was sensitive, and I jumped, and her response was, “It’s just water,” as if I didn’t tell her that tooth was sensitive. I know I’m not the only one because I heard 2 children tell her the way she was doing their teeth hurt, and she kept going, basically ignoring their cries. Which they probably were in pain because the tooth she filed on the side I couldn’t eat hurt when she was drilling in my tooth, and I felt the whole process, even the stinging sensation from when she was curing the filling. She is unprofessional, not caring of her patients, and not understanding, and she hates when you tell her her work isn’t right. She also rushes and is very aggressive when doing fillings. She does not need to be working in the dental field if this is how she’s going to be acting.

The staff was pretty pleasant and the wait time wasn't long at all. The dentist wasn't as pleasant or welcoming. She didn't introduce herself, say anything to me while servicing my daughter, and didn't say anything when she was done. She just sat my baby up and walked away! Other than that, it was a decent visit.

Alisha and Dr.D throughly explained my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. We created a plan and will execute. The financing options were affordable and helpful.
