Topaz is affordable, which is definitely a plus, but their customer service really needs improvement. Communication about scheduling is poor, and even after having an appointment, the wait times can be very long. It feels like there’s a lack of organization overall. New management should consider stepping in to bring more structure to the business and possibly invest in some renovations to enhance the overall experience. With a few key changes, this place could reach its full potential.
Overall customer service seems decent. Only issue is all appointments I have had there have ran behind a minimum of an 1-2 hours. Which I feel should be let known upfront when checking in if they are running behind or around the appointment time if they notice appointments are running behind.
Recently had an appt and waited over 1hr and 30 mins with no communication regarding the delay. when asked about the appointment was told the hygienist was missing or couldn’t be found! amh last couple of visits lated about 2/3 hours just for a regular cleaning
I’ve been going to Topaz Dentistry for about a year, and my experience has been very unprofessional and unorganized. My appointments have been rescheduled at least 10–15 times, and I’ve had to wait 1–3 hours past my appointment time on multiple occasions. The staff often doesn’t seem to know what procedure I’m there for, and they rarely explain procedures or payment details beforehand. Even during treatments, doctors have been rough and failed to explain what they were doing, which left me feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. Overall, the constant confusion, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism have made my visits very frustrating.There has to be some type of compensation!
Terrible service from the Dr.Dumbuya very rude, didn’t speak..was loud and unprofessional. Took her 5 min to see my son and moved on to the next patient . I’m only giving 1 star ,because of Olivia she was amazing!.. Dr. Dumbuya needs to reevaluate her mannerism towards patients
