Topaz Dentistry & Braces

I can't say enough great things about Icela! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and so wonderful with my kids. She took the time to teach them the proper way to brush and floss, something no other dental hygienist had ever done before. She made them feel comfortable, explained everything in a way they could understand. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond. We had such a positive experience, and I highly recommend Icela to anyone looking for a caring and exceptional dental hygienist!

Overall customer service seems decent. Only issue is all appointments I have had there have ran behind a minimum of an 1-2 hours. Which I feel should be let known upfront when checking in if they are running behind or around the appointment time if they notice appointments are running behind.

Topaz is affordable, which is definitely a plus, but their customer service really needs improvement. Communication about scheduling is poor, and even after having an appointment, the wait times can be very long. It feels like there’s a lack of organization overall. New management should consider stepping in to bring more structure to the business and possibly invest in some renovations to enhance the overall experience. With a few key changes, this place could reach its full potential.

Horrible I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Had a appointment for my daughter to be seen for pain and mental from her broken cap that was cutting into her gums they did nothing but x rays then the doctor never talked to me but to my 9 year old when I stepped away to go to the bathroom then when I got back the lady walks to the front and says the other lady is going to tell me the cost in which I had no clue what my daughter was going to have done and for them not to be able to do it the same day when it was a emergency appointment. Needed less to say we left and went to another dentist as a walk in and they toot great care of my child removed the broken cap and tooth as it was starting to get infected. Sat waiting for nothing from 9:45-11:25 horrible while watching my daughter in pain. I will never bring any of my kids back.

I’ve been going to Topaz Dentistry for about a year, and my experience has been very unprofessional and unorganized. My appointments have been rescheduled at least 10–15 times, and I’ve had to wait 1–3 hours past my appointment time on multiple occasions. The staff often doesn’t seem to know what procedure I’m there for, and they rarely explain procedures or payment details beforehand. Even during treatments, doctors have been rough and failed to explain what they were doing, which left me feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. Overall, the constant confusion, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism have made my visits very frustrating.There has to be some type of compensation!
