Honestly ever since Dr.Freidman and his lovely assistants entered this office, nothing but great work, positive attitude and attentiveness towards patients has been highly noticed and DEFINITELY appreciated!!! Doc has been with me throughout my braces journey and now retainers, sucks I won’t be seeing this lovely staff as much but will always be grateful how well his team and himself have treated me and my son when he tagged along on my appointments. This place is highly recommended for new patients looking for another positive establishment or referral. Sutton dental has been better ever since Dr.Friedman and his beautiful team arrived 🩷

I had an amazing time being here with my son the nurses was very welcoming and caring and the lady at the desk was also being very convenient and patient with me I highly recommend this place for dental and braces it nice and clean inside they also have activities to do for kids when in the waiting room my son enjoyed him self as well ❤️

I like how they’re thorough. They took me in for an emergency tooth extraction, and it was as painless as can be. I decided to become a regular patient because of my positive experience. I’m currently being fitted for 2 partial dentures, and everything has gone well.

I had the worst experience ever at Sutton two days ago. First, my appointment was scheduled for 8:00am, but I wasn't attended to until nearly an hour later, and no apology or explanation was offered. Second, every patient appeared to use the same dental chair without a disposable cover or the chair being cleaned between patients, which I found very unhygienic. Third, the dentist spent less than three minutes examining me, gave what I felt was a dismissive explanation for my bleeding gums, and left. The hygienist spent only about 15 minutes cleaning my teeth, repeatedly nicked my gums, and flossed my teeth so aggressively. My teeth were not cleaned thoroughly at all. The entire appointment felt rushed. I was simply asked to sign a document and leave, and it was obvious that their priority was moving on to the next patient rather than providing quality care. In fact, I'm already looking for another dental clinic to have my teeth cleaned again, just two days after my visit to Sutton. I've received dental care in Mexico, Nigeria, and at two other clinics in the United States, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. If I could give Sutton zero stars, I would.

I had a 11am so I got there to do paper work. Around 11:35 I was called to go to the back. Told the what I wanted him to do. He says can you come back at 2pm. He said we are short staffed and we are going to lunch. That was so wrong because my appointment was at 11am. That's bad business and you know that. I would tell a dog about your company. You should talk to the staff about how to do says things. You have a blessed day
