Honestly ever since Dr.Freidman and his lovely assistants entered this office, nothing but great work, positive attitude and attentiveness towards patients has been highly noticed and DEFINITELY appreciated!!! Doc has been with me throughout my braces journey and now retainers, sucks I won’t be seeing this lovely staff as much but will always be grateful how well his team and himself have treated me and my son when he tagged along on my appointments. This place is highly recommended for new patients looking for another positive establishment or referral. Sutton dental has been better ever since Dr.Friedman and his beautiful team arrived 🩷

We visited for the first time for my 4 yr and 9 yr old. Everything went very professional and friendly. Hygienist and Xray staff were great. My kids felt at ease and they want to go there next time as well. They take care of cleaning the area and disinfecting the area. Recommended.

I like how they’re thorough. They took me in for an emergency tooth extraction, and it was as painless as can be. I decided to become a regular patient because of my positive experience. I’m currently being fitted for 2 partial dentures, and everything has gone well.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Had an appt at 8 am and a consult with a DR at 9am. Long story short, I arrived at 7:30, waited til they opened doors at 8 and was waiting for the NEXT 3 HOURS! I double-checked my insurance on Thursday before for my appt Monday, but the office lost my info, how when it's all digital? I kept asking the office what was going on and wanted to make sure I would be seen and as more families with young screaming children FILLED the office area. I watched 3 other families leave because the service and wait was so bad. When I was called, I was told they no longer had an appt for me since they were so far behind. So they took x rays, had me sign the paperwork and then cancelled my cleaning appt with the DR because of time? So apparently reserving 2 hrs and waiting for over 3 wasn't enough? Ridiculous. I've had this problem before here and should have listened to my gut and NOT come to get treated like an irritant when I question a 3hr wait and a cancelled appt because they said "we take lunch at 12 so we'll have to reschedule you..." Smh, if you care about your family, take them ANYWHERE ELSE! ~DISAPPOINTED

Worst experience you can go to for a dentist. I wouldn’t even bring my children here. They talk rudely about them behind parents back which is unprofessional for an environment that handles children. Not to mention I had to go there on 3 separate occasions, each waiting 45 minutes after my appointment while arriving early, and they still messed up my cavity filling. I cannot eat on my left side as of now. They do not inform you about procedures while making you sign a waiver saying they did and during dental procedure make it painful. And they expect me to go again?! Do not bring your children or yourself here go to another place that handles things better.
