I have to admit, my family chose this dentist largely because of the high ratings, but when I first arrived, I was honestly a little skeptical. The waiting area had some litter, and the fish tank looked murky, which initially made me nervous about what kind of experience we were walking into. That said, from the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left, we truly could not have been in better hands — and suddenly all the great reviews made perfect sense. The receptionists were genuinely warm and friendly, which immediately put us more at ease. Once we were brought back, the assistants, hygienist, and dentist were just as kind, caring, gentle, and incredibly thorough. They took extra care with the X-rays, the exam, and explaining everything clearly and patiently. What impressed me most was how seamlessly they handled so many moving parts at once. There seemed to be a lot going on, yet the entire office worked together smoothly and professionally. I honestly felt they went above and beyond, and I’m very glad we decided to stay. The only real criticism I have is that the front area could definitely be cleaner and better maintained, especially for a medical office. A cleaner environment would make the experience feel more comfortable from the start. That said, the quality of care we received was excellent, and the staff’s compassion and professionalism completely won us over.

I had a tooth removed today by Jacov Sulimanov And I was honestly nervous going in, but he and the entire team made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The dentist was amazing—professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything before the procedure. The extraction was much quicker and easier than I ever imagined, and I felt well cared for the entire time. The staff also provided detailed aftercare instructions If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and provides exceptional care, this is the place to go. Thank you to the entire team for turning what I thought would be a stressful experience into such a positive one. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental care! I found my new dentist! 10/10 recommend.

I have the worst anxiety about anything dental related & this place felt like a godsend! Dr. Alex & Cynthia performed a flawless root canal on an extremely sensitive molar, I didn’t feel a THING 🙏 Sal the office manager & the girls up front are also extremely helpful & knowledgeable and clearly shows they care about the patients here. I came in for a consultation to what I was told for a wisdom tooth extraction from another clinic. They did an xray and told me i needed a root canal. Dr Shande made sure he explained thoroughly the procedure. They did the procedure the same day and I felt so at ease throughout. Micheal the assistant was really an angel . Everything went so smoothly. Truly appreciate the effort and will definitely recommend to anyone.
