Divine Smiles

This place was okay. Not as sanitary as I like. The first room they tried to put my in the tubes were leaking onto the floor. Then while doing my extras there was no plastic on the chin rest and when I asked she said they clean it. For the small xrays there was plastic on half of the part that went in my mouth but not all of it. The cleaning was okay but I asked them to use a manual tool instead of the automatic one because the automatic made me uncomfortable. I’m thankful that he used the manual tool but didn’t like the he aggressively started scraping at my teeth. My old dentist use to use the manual tool with an acceptable amount of force. The final part of my visit instead of cleaning my teeth with the paste they just put some cream they said was fluoride on my teeth that tasted sour when i accidentally swallowed it and said I was done. I won’t be going back and don’t recommend them. Maybe i’m just picky but im used to my dentist using the regular tools and taking precautions when it comes to cleanliness. Hope this helps others before they consider going here.

I had an amazing experience at Divine Smiles. Dr. Zakinov was truly the best dentist I’ve ever had. He was incredibly kind, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. He explained everything clearly and did his job perfectly, you can tell he really cares about his patients. I’m so happy with the care I received, and I definitely want Dr. Zakinov to be my dentist moving forward. My overall experience at Divine Smiles started off rocky, but it turned into a positive one because of my dental assistant, Merina. She did everything she could to make me feel safe, welcomed, and comfortable. One person really can make a difference, and she was that person for me. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Yaakov when he treated a tooth with a large infection. He performed an exceptional root canal—completely pain-free and handled with great care. Dr. Yaakov explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The infection was taken care of, and my tooth feels perfect now. The staff was friendly, the office spotless, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’m so thankful for Dr. Yaakov’s skill and professionalism—highly recommend him!
