Dishonest and unprofessional. I went in for a routine cleaning and they recommended I return for an additional cleaning. On my second visit they tried to pressure me into an expensive and intense deep cleaning procedure due to “excessive bleeding”. Tried to get me to sign for it on the spot and to “not think about the money”. Something felt wrong so I got a second opinion from a periodontist - sure enough my gums are healthy as can be. Glad I decided to take my business elsewhere!

I provided them with X-rays from about a week before that were standard full mouth x-rays. they told me " these are too small. " and then they charged me for two different sets of x-rays that took up most of my benefits so that by the time they did services on my teeth, I had to pay out of pocket. this is illegal. My dental provider is currently working with me and telling me that they do not stand for this sort of thing and that I provided them with X-rays, and that if a dental office has a preference, that's on them. currently, I've been asking them for my x-rays for over 2 months and they will not give them to me. they've been playing a lot of games and at first they didn't even give me a release form for weeks. I've given them the release form three times now and they said they didn't receive it and then a woman from my insurance company asked them for the x-rays and they said they can't give them to me until they get the form and she told me they said this and I told her that I gave them the form twice already and then I went ahead and gave it to them a third time and she faxed them the form yesterday and they still haven't given me the x-rays. I texted them again this morning and sent them screenshots of all of the emails as proof that I've given them the form and told them to give me the x-rays and they still have not. because they told me I have a cavity in almost every tooth without even touching my teeth and without X-rays showing any cavities, and they don't want me to get a second opinion and they don't want me to have my x-rays. All of this after the first dentist didn't find any x-rays. also, the dentist (Dr. Jimenez) touched me inappropriately three times. she tucked my hair behind my ear three times while just standing in front of me talking to me because I have dwarfism and autism and she treated me like a child and is extremely ableist. do not go here! The receptionist would regularly call me after 9:00 p.m., they had me send my ID and my insurance card through text and when I tried not to they texted me and hassled me and forced me to do it and the insurance company told me that if I ever see anything like that again don't go there. I knew it was wrong and I shouldn't have gone. EDIT: MAJOR DENTAL FRAUD. THEY CHARGED MY DENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY OVER $2,000 FOR A GUM SURGERY THEY NEVER PERFORMED. first of all, that is a periodontal procedure. these people are out of their minds... second of all, they tried to bill me for $361 on top of all of this but because I wouldn't relent about trying to get my X-rays for months and had my insurance company calling them, they gave me a quote courtesy credit and thought that I would leave them alone. yeah, right.

I've been going to Albania Dental for a little over a year and have had a decent amount of work done due to a long period of time of no dental upkeep. Dr Jimenez and her staff have been wonderful and super helpful through it all! From my first appointment Dr Jimenez laid out everything we needed to do and all the work was done quick and easy. The whole staff is very friendly and I've had nothing but good experiences there!

I have been visiting Albania Dental for almost 2 years and I always have a great experience during my visits. Dr. Jimenez has gentle hands so I have never felt pain during my dental procedures. The staff is very welcoming and professional. They are also fluent in Spanish which is a plus for me. I totally recommend Albania Dental. 🦷🪥

Have been going to this dentist for over 12yrs. ..the staff is always friendly and accommodating, i always feel welcomed and at home. Dr. Jimenez is also friendly and professional. She does excellent dental work and i have always been satisfied. I would defenitely recommend her to others!!!! She has treated me for advanced issues and routine cleaning. I am very satisfied with her treatment and will continue to work with her to keep me teeth healthy and clean.
