Taylor Dental & Braces

Iam embarrassed to say this being that I go here because of the result of my kids teeth but this time the lady in the front desk did not want to enroll my 2 youngest children children after making a phone appointment even after walking in additude is sad to say the one with the dreadlocks gold ends and glass big tall she seem very disappointed as if I had did her something never the less I hope that was just one bad experience for me and not others. Other then that if you have patience like me the thick paperwork is the easy part.

Taylor Dental and Braces was super nice at getting me in for an appointment right away with my tooth pain I had been having. Not only was Dr. Moses very informative but very patient and was very detailed. Thank you so much!

Checking in was fine and the young lady that did the X-ray was fine, but the lady who did the cleaning for my granddaughter was not a very friendly person and she was hurting my granddaughter. And I asked why was it hurting? Because. The cleaning is not painful.It's just a cleaning. She did not try to calm my granddaughter, she just kept going. I'm almost finished, she said, but she wasn't a very friendly person at all with a child. She didn't have no kind of sympathy, she just kept going. My granddaughter have had many cleanings , never , ever was it painful. The Doctor who was there after to examiner. We're very friendly and helpful and explaining a lot of stuff. This was my first visit and I was not pleased with it.

I love how good the dental hygienist cleans my daughter’s teeth but the wait time is ridiculous. There is only one dental hygienist cleaning the children’s teeth but 8 people standing around waiting on her to finish.. This is unprofessional. The front desk workers do not greet you when you walk through the doors. Customer service is an D for me. Please Improve. May I suggest putting a window where the parents can see their children being worked on since their is no room in the back for parents.

So, I’ve been going from Dentist to dentist looking for someone to help me get my Big procedure done and Taylor dental, pretty Amazing staff Definitely helped me out today!! When I say they gave me the Best news of my Life, I mean My God Never Fails!! Thank you Taylor dental and staff for being so kind and Patient. And reassuring me that you all can give me my beautiful smile back. I look forward to my appointments in the next few weeks!!!
