Taylor Dental & Braces

My child waited an hour and a half past his scheduled appointment time just to have his teeth cleaned for about one minute. The office was extremely slow, and it seemed like the scheduling was poorly managed. My time was definitely not respected. I understand delays can happen, but this was excessive, especially for such a short appointment. I hope they improve their scheduling and wait times.

I don’t found the front desk officer positive attitude and she was a bit rude to me! Again, at Monday morning we might have a plan but I got deleted more than one hour as I reached there 20mins earlier than my appointment. It’s too boring to wait with a boy having trouble and pain. They should maintain their appointment time with more seriously!

My daughter had a wonderful experience at Taylor Dental & Braces! The staff was so patient, kind, and made her feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. They explained everything in a way she could understand and made the whole visit stress-free. The office is clean and welcoming, and we didn’t have a long wait time. I’m very happy with the care she received and would definitely recommend them to other parents!

Garrett at the Baton Rouge location doesn’t like his job! Rude to the children being seen and I definitely spoke with his supervisor and other personnel concerning his behavior… I made sure to let them know he is not to service my child ever again! I even had the opportunity to let Garrett know how I felt about the situation. I saw him the very same day taking a break on side of the facility and I pulled up on him to voice my concerns.. Garrett you need a career that you’ll be happy with because playing with people children isn’t safe…

Been bringing my son here for years (even prior to Taylor Dental when they were Kool Smiles) and nothing has changed...still nice staff, easy to book and reschedule as needed and they don't keep you in longer than needed. Will always bring my child back.
