My child waited an hour and a half past his scheduled appointment time just to have his teeth cleaned for about one minute. The office was extremely slow, and it seemed like the scheduling was poorly managed. My time was definitely not respected. I understand delays can happen, but this was excessive, especially for such a short appointment. I hope they improve their scheduling and wait times.

I don’t found the front desk officer positive attitude and she was a bit rude to me! Again, at Monday morning we might have a plan but I got deleted more than one hour as I reached there 20mins earlier than my appointment. It’s too boring to wait with a boy having trouble and pain. They should maintain their appointment time with more seriously!

My first visit there felt very kind of uncomfortable I'm not sure but when I was checking in the receptionist at the front desk when I said my son name she began to laugh and the wait time wasn't long at all but when they call my baby to the back three of the young ladies begin to laugh again once I got to the back I felt like because they were overbooked that we were rushed out I will not be returning

Amazing staff, appointment was fast and I was able to get same day treatment after my cleaning!

0/10 would not recommend!!!! They called me saying i had to schedule a appointment when i told them what kind of insurance I had they said they accepted it.Got there they saying they don’t that’s very unprofessional gas is to expensive to just be making blank trips when they said they accept my insurance!!!!! If i could give them 0 stars i would!!
