This office needs a lot of improvement. I’m not sure what’s going on with their scheduling or staffing, but they’re clearly overbooking people. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and sat in the waiting room for literally **45 minutes** until I went to the front desk to ask what was going on. People who came in after me were called back first. The checkin process is outdated and disorganized. I shouldn’t be filling out paper forms in the lobby at my appointment time, especially if I was just here weeks ago filling out the same form. that should be handled digitally or in the room by the assistant. No one checked in on me or offered an update the entire time I was waiting in the lobby until I asked, which shows a serious lack of basic courtesy. The staff needs to work on their chairside manner. The doctors and assistants never introduce themselves, and I’ve noticed assistants are almost never in the room during appointments when they should be staying present to support the doctor and patient. It’s inattentive and unprofessional. this office is so uncoordinated and poorly managed. There are basic standards of communication and professionalism that are NEVER met here.

this place is highly unprofessional and the lady at the front desk the one who is also an assistant With the purple scrubs is highly unprofessional. She speaks in the place of a doctor when she does not even possess That level of licensing. This office will try to drag it out and have to come back-and-forth for unnecessary visits so that they could charge your insurance for each visit. I have wasted my time coming here multiple times. They tried to drag out me getting a night guard because the first time I went there they said they didn't have my x-rays. I left and was still charged with the visit. The next time I came after sending my x-rays, they didn't have access to the email that my x-rays got sent to because no one was there so they gave me an x-ray and exams and told me that I still needed something done (even though I just had work done a few weeks prior) so they did not do my night guard. Seeing that it is MY decision and I was not in any pain I contacted them a day later to say that I wanted to proceed with the night guard, and the assistant with the purple scrubs argued with me about how they're legally not allowed to do my night guard unless they do all my treatment and that it goes on a doctor’s license. which I've never heard of with any office because treatment is recommended and it's not required. They also are NEVER ON TIME WITH APPOINTMENTS! Both times I went I was waiting probably over 15 minutes in the lobby, being the only person, when I am early for my appointments. Then you go back there and there are empty chairs. A highly unprofessional office and I would recommend anyone who does not want to waste their time. Do not come to this office.

This dental office was great up until the previous doctor left. I continued my care after the transition, but my experience significantly declined. I repeatedly complained about pain in specific areas of my teeth, yet the doctor would simply file the teeth down and send me on my way without properly addressing the issue. Months later, I decided to seek care at another dental office, where I was informed that the same area I had been complaining about had a large cavity that had progressed significantly. By that point, the pain had become so severe that I was experiencing migraines on that side of my head, which is what finally prompted me to seek a second opinion. Due to the extent of the damage, I ultimately needed a root canal … something that could have been prevented had my concerns been taken seriously earlier. Unfortunately, this reflects a level of negligence I’m not comfortable with, and I will not be returning.

This place has no permanent doctors, to schedule an appointment it would be far away, and the have the same doctor for multiple patients in two different offices. Also, my husband did his wisdom teeth extractions that took them 15 minutes and till this day he has sensitivity in his mouth. He had a bad experience and regrets going here for that procedure.
