We had a great experience at this dental office today for my 5-year-old son’s checkup. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and we didn’t have to wait long. The dentist was very kind, patient, and gentle with my son, which made him feel comfortable during the visit. I highly recommend this office for pediatric dentistry and families with young children

Dr. Moe and Elizabeth truly exceeded my expectations. They left me stunned; my teeth felt brand new, and I couldn’t stop smiling. They made sure I felt appreciated every step of the way, and their work was both fast and exceptional. Dr. Moe’s confidence and presence stood out he clearly knew exactly what he was doing throughout the entire process. Elizabeth was equally amazing, taking the time to speak with my father in his native language, which made him feel included and comfortable. Their genuine kindness and people skills made the whole experience even more special. I loved it—5/5.

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for years, but the quality of care has gradually declined. The wait times are excessively long. For instance, I had an appointment scheduled for 9 a.m. but wasn’t seen until 9:42 a.m., and I left at 10:18 a.m. Another issue is the proximity of patients to each other. This violates HIPAA regulations, as patients should not have to hear personal information about the next patient. While the staff is friendly, that’s the only reason I’m giving this office two stars. Unfortunately, this was my last appointment there.

This office needs a lot of improvement. I’m not sure what’s going on with their scheduling or staffing, but they’re clearly overbooking people. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and sat in the waiting room for literally **45 minutes** until I went to the front desk to ask what was going on. People who came in after me were called back first. The checkin process is outdated and disorganized. I shouldn’t be filling out paper forms in the lobby at my appointment time, especially if I was just here weeks ago filling out the same form. that should be handled digitally or in the room by the assistant. No one checked in on me or offered an update the entire time I was waiting in the lobby until I asked, which shows a serious lack of basic courtesy. The staff needs to work on their chairside manner. The doctors and assistants never introduce themselves, and I’ve noticed assistants are almost never in the room during appointments when they should be staying present to support the doctor and patient. It’s inattentive and unprofessional. this office is so uncoordinated and poorly managed. There are basic standards of communication and professionalism that are NEVER met here.
