CT Braces - Stratford Orthodontics

I just finished my appointment at CT Braces in Stratford, and we are very happy with our experience. The office was clean, welcoming, and professional. We especially appreciated that we did not have to wait and were seen promptly upon arrival. We truly valued the honest consultation from Dr. Cass, who took the time to explain everything clearly and answer our questions. The front desk staff was excellent—friendly, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care, outstanding customer service, and a well-organized practice.

Two of my children have had their braces at Ct Braces & we could not be happier. Eddie is now on his retainer & Olivia is in the final stages with amazing results. The entire team is incredible, caring, & always goes above and beyond for every patient. From start to finish they make the whole experience easy, positive, and even fun. We just love them to pieces & cannot recommend them enough

I hate going to the dentist and definitely have not had a good experience trying to straighten my teeth but I LOVE CTBraces. My son just got his braces off today and the past 2 years has been the easiest and the best experience with dental work I have ever seen. First off everyone that we have had contact with at CTBraces has been happy, nice, and welcoming. Appointments have been quick and easy. They explained every detail from the very beginning. Their payment plans helped so much. Even with 2 separate payments. I am beyond happy I was able to do this for my son and now I am going to get mine done with CTBraces as well!

So I called to schedule an appointment for a consultation that my doctor had recommended. I spoke to a women with booking appointments. She was able to get me in the day after in the morning. I received a call this morning in regards to my consultation appointment from a women with the doctors team notifying me that my appointment was gonna be a telehealth call with the doctor at their office. So I refused to continue with the appointment since what’s the sense of going to the appointment to not see the doctor only thru a small tiny screen. Now would you think the doctors team, coordinating staff and some others would be on the same page knowing that fridays would be only video calls rather then actual physical appointments where the doctor is present. No they’re not and I found that out this morning during the call. I mean how unprofessional is that. Took a day off from work just to get played with. I wonder if Ct braces will pay my wage for the day for playing with my time.
