They're not honest; they never give you a few days' notice before your appointment that they'll charge you that much. They advertise to new patients at one price, and they charged us $461 for a cleaning, dental checkup, and fluoride treatment. It's a rip-off, and they left another part for insurance. They never called days in advance, even though I asked if they accepted insurance and filled out the information two weeks prior. What they should do is call or send a message before your appointment. I think they're used to doing that; I saw a comment from someone else who had the exact same experience.

I was very reluctant on finding a New Dentist; Kenaisha and Stratford Smiles has given me a whole new outlook on getting a cleaning. I would recommend Stratford Smiles to any patient seeking Dentist care. They are knowledgeable, polite, and their facility is immaculate. This was a brand new and refreshing experice for me! I've had a great experience with Dr. Sheng and her hygienist, Kenaisha. Dr. Sheng is thorough in her examinations, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and presents all of the available treatment options without pressuring me into expensive procedures. I really appreciate her honest, patient-centered approach, especially after experiences with previous dentists who were much more aggressive with treatment recommendations. Kenaisha is equally outstanding. She's efficient, professional, and has an incredibly gentle touch—truly "hands like a surgeon." My cleaning was thorough yet comfortable, and my teeth felt amazing afterward. I highly recommend Dr. Sheng and Kenaisha to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and caring dental team.

I’ve had an amazing experience here. I first signed up when I saw they had a special for $99 Teeth, cleaning, and x-ray. They explained to me what I needed to get done. I explained to them I would have insurance in the next coming months, and they understood. And soon after once I got my insurance they accepted it and I scheduled all of what needed to be done not too long after. They update and call to verify appointments timely, which is very much appreciated, and they have no problem moving around for you! The front office is very welcoming, Dr.Sheng is very informative as well. I Highly recommend! Not scared of dentist offices anymore just from my experience here 🤗💗

Dr. Sheng, Kenaisha, and Sadia were all great! I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office, they all treated me so well! They were all so thorough and kept me informed about what was going on. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️
