CT Braces - New Haven Orthodontics

I had a great experience with CT Braces after losing my retainer. I was able to drop off my molds, and my replacement retainers were ready just a few days later. Since I had my braces done over five years ago, the retainers made from my old molds didn’t quite fit. They arranged for a new set at no additional cost, which I’m so grateful for since I had already paid for the replacements. I truly appreciated not having to pay for another set. From the front desk to the orthodontic assistant, orthodontist, and care coordinator, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They took the time to talk through my treatment options with me, and I appreciated their care and attention. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a positive experience!

Results came out great! Staff were excellent as always. The staff treats you like family. Best decision ever made for my son.

Five stars for the office and staff members! Dr. Amirtha, Marilyn, Sam and Jasmine were awesome! Everything’s clean and organized. Marilyn worked so efficiently on getting our plans together! I’m so saddened to write this… 🥹💕 I have been coming here for my braces treatment for almost 2 years, and I must say, every single person who works here is PHENOMENAL! From the moment I call, someone always answers the phone professionally, patiently, and with kindness. They answer all of my questions—even when I make them explain it to me three times, LOL! 😂 Every time I arrive for an appointment, I’m greeted by such wonderful people at the front desk. Every staff member here has always made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Not once have I ever felt uncomfortable or anything other than appreciated and cared for. And my favorite part? Getting in that chair and relaxing… it honestly feels like I’m at the beach! 🏖️😂 Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience, time, and the incredible work you do. I’m honestly a little sad because soon I’ll be getting my braces removed, which means I won’t have a reason to stop in the office and be greeted by all of you wonderful people anymore. 😭💕 You have all made this almost two-year journey such a positive and memorable experience, and I’m truly grateful for every one of you. 1st consultation which it went great we were satisfied. She was great very detailed we walked out super happy with a smile in our face. Second appointment was the actual braces. It was amazing little discomfort, but not much. She was gentle. She Was very professional, you can tell she cares she kept asking my son if he was ok. Informative Make sure that before we left we knew exactly what to do. She Explained and demonstrated everything detailed by detailed. Front desk super nice, professional and very welcoming and they don’t take long whatsoever. The lady dentist which was the one that makes sure the job was done correctly was amazing, super nice, very motivational, kind and gentle. I can’t find enough words to explained our experience. Thank you ladies I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
