CT Braces - Orange Orthodontics

Kaylee was absolutely incredible. My daughter was in a full panic attack, hysterical and hyperventilating because she was so scared to get braces. There were so many people trying to talk to her and calm her down, and nothing was working. I had honestly given up hope that we would be able to go through with it that day. Then Kaylee stepped in. She was so calm, patient, and gentle. Instead of rushing or overwhelming her, she took the time to talk to my daughter, gain her trust, and make her feel safe. You could actually see the fear start to melt away. Somehow, she managed to keep her completely calm and successfully put the braces on without any tears by the end. Her kindness and bedside manner made all the difference. What felt impossible turned into a positive experience because of her. We are beyond grateful for Kaylee and can’t thank her enough.

Had an appointment in November at the orange facility and now it’s February. My paperwork has not yet been submitted to my insurance company due to someone not knowing how to submit it because of a new system update. I called the Stratford CT braces to see if they can take over what needs to be done and I have yet to see a phone call by them. If you don’t want your time wasted I do not recommend. All that friendly stuff goes out the door when nobody wants to do their job when in you’re in need. And tbh it seems like they are selective on who they want to get done first.

I had an amazing experience at Orange, CT Braces! From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. A special shoutout to Yoni, who helped me with all my financial details, and Kaylee, who put on my braces. They both made the process seamless and comfortable. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Highly recommend!

Orange, CT staff (Sasha, Jenn, Judith, Yoni, & Evelyn) are amazing, best staff ever. They were able to assist me with getting retainers quickly. And, yes get the insurance plan. It's a great investment if retainers break/ or lose them.
