CT Braces - Orange Orthodontics

This is an honest as possible review I can give. I'm not one to easily impress or win over, but I had a wonderful experience at CT Braces. After taking some time( almost a year)to think about moving forward with braces, Yoni made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see me. Kaylee explained every step of the process clearly, making sure I understood what to expect. Yoni was also very thorough, taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I have confident in Dr.Cass and his expertise and knowledge. As an adult getting braces for the first time, I was nervous because it's a big, two-year commitment. The team reassured me, addressed my concerns, and helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision. After visiting two other orthodontic offices for consultations, I ultimately chose CT Braces because of their professionalism, communication, and the way they treated me. My daughter is also a patient at CT Braces, and her results have been fantastic, which gave me even more confidence in choosing them. If you're looking for an orthodontic team that is knowledgeable, welcoming, patient, and truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend CT Braces.

My daughter needs a patient and compassionate environment due to a previous serious injury. The doctor and staff have been unbelievably caring in every aspect of her care. The orange location was a pleasure from the start. They are very open to accommodating the client and everyone is nice. We were very pleased.
