Went to have my routine cleaning for the first time at this dentistry. And I am so glad to report that Robbie made my heart smile! When I say that his personality is contagious, believe me! Robbie is very patient, listens to your concerns and highly skilled at what he does. I met Dr. Lerch and that was the icing on the cake! The both of them were warm, inviting and explained everything to me clearly. Thank you both so much for making my visit a pleasant one! I would be remiss if I didn't thank my sister friend Natalie for the referral.

I start to smile every time Rahisha meets me at the font desk. Dr. Lerch is an artist, and the work she did on my teeth improved my career. Compliments about my smile started after Dr. Lerch and Sheri repaired my front teeth. I recommend this group to anyone who wants a successful smile.

I had a really pleasant experience getting edge bonding and gum contouring. Dr. Lerch was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the process, and clearly a master of the craft. Sheri was also exceptionally warm and personable, and she patiently answered all of my questions. When part of my bonding came off over the weekend, Rahisha and Karen quickly helped schedule a repair appointment, which I really appreciated (this was a front teeth so I was extra self-conscious). I felt well taken care of, and am hopeful the new bonding will hold up well over time. The final results look very aesthetic.

I found Dr. Lerch because one of my side veneers fell out while I was flossing. I soon messaged two different offices. The contrast in responses told me everything I needed to know. Dr. Lerch personally responded the same night after hours (while the competing office got back to me the following morning, asked all the same questions I had already answered in their online intake form, and then recommended I schedule an appointment in two weeks). She messaged to let me know they consider this an emergency and would prioritize it (it's very painful and hot/cold sensitive to have an exposed tooth with veneer missing). I was in her chair getting the veneer reattached the following day. Altogether it took less than 30 minutes. Admittedly, I came to Dr. Lerch's office with some quiet distrust of dental offices in general. However, I have since found that I can completely trust Dr. Lerch's office with the full scope of my dental care, and so I also recently decided to move forward with a lingual frenectomy that had been impacting my speech for decades but I kept avoiding. The procedure took minutes and was entirely painless. Lastly I'll add that what makes this place truly exceptional is that Dr. Lerch's care and standards are not limited to her. Every person I have spoken to in the office shares the same qualities, whether Robby, Rahisha, Karen, or anyone else. It's clear that Dr. Lerch's values shape who she hires, and it shows in every interaction. I am glad I found her office.

Many positives: great dental cleaning, Robbie is really great and friendly, reception is super nice and easy to contact. A few negatives: I felt from the moment I walked in, that the objective of coming to the dentist was to somehow change my smile. To be clear, I went to the Center for Esthetic Dentistry because they also operate as a normal dentistry, not because I wanted any cosmetic procedures. It didn't make me feel great that from day 1, they're asking to take pictures to see how they can "improve" your smile. And constant reminders of "this tooth is a little grooved" or "these teeth are crooked" when I've made it very clear that I'm not interested in corrective treatment (& I am very aware of the crooked parts of my smile--which I don't want to change). I also did not have pleasant experiences getting my cavities filled. I had pain for weeks longer than expected on two separate cavity fillings over the span of a few months. During the second filling, I alerted the dentist that I was feeling the digging around in my tooth very acutely, and she said "I know your jaw is tired" when I was very clear that the anesthetic had worn off enough that I could feel like a sharp needle piercing through my tooth. Needless to say, that tooth hurts still over 2 months later, and I have changed dentists. I have never had any issues with dentists in my life--I genuinely enjoy going to the dentist. I am sure this is a great dentistry for those seeking cosmetic procedures. However, I had a relatively unpleasant experienced stemming from (1) being constantly told in small ways that my smile was somehow aesthetically inadequate and needed to be fixed [and I am not talking about medical dental issues here, purely cosmetic reasons], and (2) my two separate cavity fillings that resulted in short- and long-term pain that has yet to resolve. Otherwise, the cleanings were great and booking appointments is easy!
