They are very UNPROFESSIONAL. They were doing a fill in on my child and did not numb my child properly so he felt them drilling in his tooth. Instead of taking responsibility they blamed my child and left his tooth drilled into without completing or fixing the issue. Very unprofessional, they do not know how to speak to customers professionally. The dentist never came and advised me of the situation or the numbing medication not working on my child the staff just came and advised me he was mad and did not want to do the fill in on my son. They do not allow you to go in with your child so I have no idea what happened they did not explain what happened just drilled in my child’s tooth got mad and decided they don’t want to complete it. And told me my son was not cooperating when he clearly let them know it was extreme pain he was feeling. I am thinking of getting an attorney for this office seriously. I have never seen a healthcare office conduct business with patients and child patients at that in this manner. Very incompetent dental office.

I’ve taken my son here since he was one, never had a bad experience until today for his 6 mo check up. The tech who was cleaning his teeth was just fussing at me to hold him down, which is hard to do with a two year old by yourself. Then after she was done she didn’t say anything and just walked off. After waiting for 5 minutes I asked if we were waiting on anything else or if we were good to go. She then said yes you’re waiting. Then waited another 5 minutes for a lady to just say cmon and took us to the check out desk. While handing me paperwork she was talking under her breath about “these people… I can’t wait to go home…” meanwhile it’s 10am. I understand not liking your job or patients/clients causing issues. But we were not. I was simply confused as to what was going on and treated like an inconvenience. I will not bring my son back there to be felt that way.

I brought my son in today for what we believed was a confirmed appointment that had been scheduled about six months in advance. When we arrived, we were told the appointment had been canceled. I asked why I was not notified, and initially I was told that I had blocked notifications. I requested that they review the document showing my preferences, and after checking, they confirmed that I had not blocked notifications. I then asked why I was never informed of the cancellation or why the system showed notifications as blocked when they were not. I was told they could not explain it. Unfortunately, no one apologized for the inconvenience or offered to help reschedule the appointment while we were there. This experience felt very unprofessional and unaccommodating. Communication and customer service are extremely important, especially when it involves children and appointments scheduled months in advance. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office. @owner, I contacted the number and waited on hold then the call was disconnected. Handled with Care I would like to thank the Taylor Dental staff for handling my appointment with care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk clerk knew who I was and prepared my documents within minutes of me signing in. Shortly after, the dental assistant Bre' called me into a conference room and explained the procedures the specialist was going to be performing and what I should do after the procedure with home care. Once I entered the room my specialist Thomas Harmon entered and completed the procedure. It was painless and quick. I was given supplies to tend to my mouth before leaving. As I walked out of the door Walgreens was texting confirming prescriptions submitted by Taylor Dental.

The staff is rude, they cancelled my niece's appointment without telling us, but we called the call center and her appointment was open. We're taking her to Bippo. They're unprofessional and this is the second time they've done this. Months ago, a man was yelling at my friends and me and he was threatening us. I asked them to call the police and the staff called us all racist behind our backs where my niece could hear them. A man was threatening us and they called US racist.
