Everything about them is amazing. All the staff is always saying hello and smiling. I have brought all 4 of my children here for cleanings. My youngest is 3 and I was really worried about him sitting still, but you can tell the staff members are engaging with children of all ages and was super nice talking him while the dentist checked his teeth. The lady doing his X-ray, I was super impressed as well due to his age. My oldest 16 also has braces with them. Ortho appointments every month are simple and very quick with even color band changes. I was really worried after my insurance paid their benefits what I would be left monthly for payments. The lady in the front with ortho explained the payment pay and it was so easy and super super affordable. I wish I would have came sooner for her braces. One of my other children had issues with a hurt tooth, I called and they got us right in as well. We even live in South Carolina it’s about a thirty minute drive but worth it each and every-time.

Amazing experience at Augusta Smiles Youth Dentistry! Melissa was so kind, patient, and informative. she made getting braces feel easy and not scary at all. Jennifer truly care and take the time to explain everything. You can tell this isn’t just a 9–5 for them , they love what they do. Highly recommend! they genuinely care about their orthodontic patients. They never mind explaining things, answering questions, or making sure you understand every step of the process. highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and supportive orthodontic team!

This was our first time going to the Augusta Smiles Center for dental for my son from the time we walked in there the ladies at the front desk taking our paperwork were extremely friendly extremely helpful to the lady cleaning his teeth the x-ray technician the doctor was amazing the girl that did his ceilings on his teeth the whole atmosphere for being a new patient was just top-notch the wait time in between everything was super fast I don't think we waited 10 minutes for us to be called then he got his teeth cleaned then he had his X-rays done then he came back and saw the doctor then he got his seals put on. everything was done promptly we didn't sit around and wait I was very impressed thank you for the kindness that you showed us and how comfortable you made my son and we will see you in June for another cleaning happy holidays and thanks again

Both of my kids have been going to them for years. We have never had a bad experience. Its good to always have the same dentist and the same staff. Familiarity makes a difference with comfortability when it comes to children and dental procedures.

Very kind and gentle staff! Everyone took care of my son and gave him the best experience possible. While there we saw the dentist staff cleaning several young patients (under 3) and the patience and time they took to make sure they were comfortable and relaxed was very impressive. As we all know young children can sometimes be difficult to manage. But not this staff. They were amazing!! I'm so glad we came to this business. We are looking forward to coming back again! :)
