Staff made my child feel welcomed and safe and I am so thankful for that! They worked so well together and communicated with me and my child throughout entire visit. Absolutely amazing experience at Augusta Smiles Youth Dentistry! Dr. George and her assistant Audrey Jackson were an incredible team. They both made sure my son felt safe, calm, and comfortable during his tooth extractions. Dr. George was so gentle, patient, and caring while pulling a tooth on each side, and Audrey Jackson went above and beyond comforting my son by holding his hand, reassuring him, and explaining everything in such a calm and confident way. Their bedside manner was truly exceptional and made such a stressful moment so much easier for both me and my son. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and making children feel secure. My son even said it was a five-star experience afterward. Thank you both again for your kindness, professionalism, patience, and compassion. We truly appreciate you!

The staff in the back leads a ton to be desired. Half are rude and half are just rushing. Not to mention the attitude problems and failure to communicate. The ONLY reason we love this office is the girls upfront Kimberly and Noel. They are so friendly, kind and true heaven on earth. They need a raise bc with out them that office would be so uninviting!

Last week, I called regarding our upcoming appointment on July 2nd. The representative told me my daughter actually had an appointment scheduled for today instead. We agreed to keep today's slot and cancel the July 2nd one. Today, my wife took a day off work and pulled my daughter out of daycare to drive her there. Upon arrival, the staff turned them away, stating my daughter couldn't be seen because 6 months hadn't passed since her last visit. If your system or staff knows this rule, why did you schedule the appointment in the first place? Your negligence caused my family to lose a day of work and daycare for absolutely nothing. Untrustworthy scheduling. Total waste of time, money, and effort due to pure incompetence. We will never go back, and I highly recommend everyone avoid using this practice.
