The person that was there on this day check in was very professional unlike that other person. Service sets the tome your 1st contact cam determine how you feel about being in a place. I have noticed that the normal person that is there is not a people person nor is she friendly coverall everyone else is nice but today she was not there and the visit went smoothly

I wish I had gotten their names so I could give names to this but I didn't. That being said, I honestly think they all deserve a raise. As someone who has a child with anxiety issues, they were so sweet to her. They explained every step so we both knew what we as going on. They are extremely friendly. Ive been alive more than 30 years and I have never, and I do mean NEVER, gone to the dentist and laughed during the visit. They are the warmest and just best in every way. I would totally refer anyone that needs a dentist for kids. The worst part was having to drive 30 minutes to get there but I don't even care, they are sooooo worth the extra miles. I can't recommend them enough.

Do not recommend this place, I had braces for over six years with them and when I got them off I still had multiple spaces in my teeth, the amount of times they rescheduled me, cancel appointments etc, then for the location in Rock Hill to permanently close down with no notice and leaving me to drive two hours to get them removed and the staff at that location working the front there were very rude and not considerate of my situation. Please do not start treatment with this place, you will regret it!! Also the audacity to ask me to leave a review.... well here it is.

My son had fillings today. He has been terrified of going to the dentist since he was a toddler. His dentist stopped accepting Medicaid and thank God they did! My son didn’t flinch and it was an amazing experience for him with his new dentist. I’m 100% satisfied with the services received today and highly recommend Creston Dental & Braces! Thank you, Creston Dental. Your staff and Dentist are amazing! See you guys in 2 weeks for one last filling 🫶

Today, I, along with four of my five children, visited for dental work. We have been here multiple times, and I have always trusted the staff to provide appropriate dental care, believing that they would respect my decisions regarding my children. However, on this day, 10/13/25 at 11 a.m., I overheard one of the staff members telling my 13-year-old daughter that she did not require laughing gas. Firstly, I had already informed him during my appointment that she would need it. While I was standing outside the door, unnoticed by him, he was heard saying that she did not need it and that she was a 'big girl.' Who does he think he is to determine what my child requires? Furthermore, why even inquire if he intended to disregard my wishes? Instead of recognizing that he had overstepped his boundaries, he accused me of lying and claimed that was not his intention. After confronting him about his comments, he followed me to another room where one of my other children was present. Rather than leaving, he chose to engage in a back-and-forth argument with me. The doctor then threatened to have me removed! I am writing this review because I was informed that my daughter would need to return in three weeks to see another doctor who was on vacation, due to the unprofessional behavior of the same staff member, who was the only one capable of providing the necessary services. This will be our last visit.
