Creston Dental & Braces

Seems like some more corporate elements are at play but I have now been delayed soon to be three months without having a visit to checkup and fix my braces that im paying ~5000 out of pocket for after being forcibly moved one month out and then told being late some few minutes means i have to be moved another entire month. This was after being given mixed messages that my appointment was somehow both canceled and confirmed the day before. Not sure what is going on here but would move my treatment to a different dentist if not for the fees of doing so.

Would not recommend at all. The orthodontics receptionist is extremely rude and often talks over you—you actually have to interrupt just to be heard. Scheduling is a constant issue; appointments are frequently canceled or never properly communicated from the contact center. Overall, my experience has been very frustrating. I paid out of pocket for my daughter’s braces, and I truly regret choosing this dentist.

My girls had an awesome first visit here! Very kind and patient! It was a bit of a drive for us but very glad we decided on this office! I also love that you are open on some Saturdays! Makes it very convenient for us parents who can’t always take time off of work! I had to come back and edit my review- since my last post my daughter has gotten braces and every single appointment she has had has been rescheduled. It seems there is a HUGE issue with the ortho side when it comes to appointments. This is a major problem when parents have to request time off work or make arrangements for their children to be brought in.

My son had an emergency dental visit, and while I'm very thankful the dentist was able to help him, my experience with the front desk was disappointing. One of the front desk staff members was very rude from the start. She kept telling me that I needed an appointment and wouldn't let me fully explain what was going on. My son's spacer had broken, but before I could explain that, she interrupted me and said, "This is not an orthodontist." It felt like she was doing everything she could to make sure we weren't seen instead of listening and trying to help. Thankfully, once we got past the front desk, the rest of the staff was wonderful. The dental assistants were kind, compassionate, and professional, and the dentist quickly fixed my son's spacer and took great care of him. I'm grateful for the excellent care he received from the clinical staff, but I hope the front desk staff receives additional customer service training so families experiencing emergencies are treated with more patience and respect.

Everyone was so friendly and even Dr. C!!!! I will definitely be a regular, however, my prescription wasn't sent in and it was hell trying to reach out via phone to the exact office. The call center agents were terrible but the staff there makes up for it
