Creston Dental & Braces

My daughter was a patient at this practice for two years, and most routine visits were quick. The dental assistants were always friendly and did a great job cleaning her teeth. Unfortunately, our experience changed when my 4-year-old needed her first filling. The dentist applied numbing gel but appeared to proceed with the injection almost immediately. My daughter cried out in pain, and instead of offering reassurance or comfort, the dentist told her that she could not continue the procedure if she was crying. As a parent, I found this response lacking compassion, especially for a young child experiencing her first dental procedure. When I stood up to comfort my daughter and help calm her down, the dentist repeatedly instructed me to remain seated, despite the fact that my daughter stopped crying once I reassured her. The entire interaction felt dismissive and insensitive. After reading other reviews, I realized that similar concerns have been raised by others. Because of this experience, we will not be returning. The dental assistants were wonderful, but the dentist's bedside manner fell far short of what I expect in a pediatric setting.

Hi, i don't know where to start.. the nurses and front desk workers are absolutely amazing. The time wait is good as well; Ive never had to wait long at all.. I give everything 5🌟. the only change id make is more toys or games out front for the kids or something.. But besides the toys and kids thing, i think it is absolutely a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 dentist.

My 5 year old just received her first crowns and they did a phenomenal job! She did have to go in the papoose, for her safety because when she seen that needle she wasn’t having it. However, after that, she stayed calm cool and collected because Dr Sheffield and her assistant were kind, patient, and understanding. The service was quick and easy. 10/10 Recommend!

I have been with them for 4 years and they have been great through every step of the way. Professional, kind, affordable, flexible and efficient. They also do an amazing job on my son’s braces despite his continuous abuse of the game plan. Thank you all very much.

The staff is friendly and amazing. However, the waiting room feels like a freezer. I had to stand outside and many parents came out stating it was too cold in there. If you love awesome service, please go, but wear your winter coat and hat. That’s the only reason I can’t give 5 stars!
