Creston Dental & Braces

As always, we had a wonderful experience at Creston dental and braces. We have been bringing our four boys here for years, since they were very young. Doctor Sheffield and her dental hygienists and dental assistants do an amazing job of cleaning our boy's teeth, they are super friendly, very patient, and very experienced! Heather has been taken care of our boys here at creston dental for years!! She has an amazing bedside manner and she is so good with the kids!! We have nothing but good things to say about Creston dental !! Always a great experience from the time that we arrive, the ladies up front are super helpful, professional and they go to extra mile to make sure all the paperwork is accurate & secure, to the actual appointment and the cleaning and checkup, everything is so easy and Well organized. Thank you for continuing to take care of our children's teeth, Dr Sheffield & associates at Creston Dental! Yall are the best! 🙂

This was my first visit with my boys and everyone was awesome! Being new to a practice can be a lot, however we were welcomed and my boys were comfortable. I really love that parents get to be involved and in the back with the kiddos. Thank you so much! I look forward to future appointments! Be well, staff! You rock!

We are new to area and chose this dentist because it’s less than 10 minutes from my home. The office staff is great, the assistants are great! My issue started when Dr.Sheffield walked over, crossed behind me, started clicking on the computer then proceeded to sit down and introduce herself to my child and NOT the both of us. She just spoke in a matter of fact tone, no good bedside manner, no “likeness” in her attitude for her job at all. I also pointed out to her that she didn’t introduce herself and just came over and started doing other things. She just kind of brushed it off as being busy or I guess in robot mode either way I did not like it and will not be bringing my kid back for treatment. Customer Service is the first part of your job please be able to provide that on a daily basis if you chose to be involved with the public.

Creation Dental have a pleasant, professional, very friendly staff. Today the lady that helped take care of my granddaughter was very caring and concerned she called me in the back to address some concern about my granddaughters teeth and I truly appreciated her. Thursday, 02/262026

The receptionist wasn’t the friendliest at all. If my kids services weren’t already paid in full I would definitely go to another ortho. The workers in the back are great but that young lady at the desk was not professional at all.
