The dental care here is good, but the front‑desk experience has gone downhill. The previous young lady who worked the desk was great, and they need to bring someone like her back. The issue is the manager who keeps covering the front desk. I’m not questioning his role, but he is not personable, not welcoming, and always seems irritated…even when you’re just saying good morning. He talks at you, not to you, and the passive‑aggressive attitude makes every visit uncomfortable. He also answers questions on behalf of the dentist instead of actually checking with the doctor, which is unprofessional. For people who already have dental anxiety, this is the last thing you want to walk into before a root canal, filling, extraction, etc. His attitude makes the whole experience worse. If he’s the manager, fine …let him manage from his office. But he should not be the first person patients have to deal with. Hire someone who can actually greet people with basic courtesy.

I have to give this a star in order to leave a review. In actuality, this is a zero star review. I look at The other complaints and what I’m baffled about is that nobody discusses the open concept area. Never in my life have I ever gone into a place And turned around and walked out like that. I was told that this is the area where they clean people’s teeth. And I’m thinking since when do we share germs? Spit flies people have other things going on sometimes even if they’re just there for a cleaning and not only that I want to talk privately to my doctor and feel like it’s my appointment not everyone else else’s! When you call, they should tell you so that you don’t waste your time

Worse dentist ever, shut this place down. They constantly reschedule you without informing you, nobody is there to answer the phone. Your at whim for whenever they decide to call you and reschedule. They dont check paperwork they have you fill out besides your name. Do yourself a favor and pay to go to a real dentist. These people just want your state insurance to pay them for doing nothing. I hope they get shut down TODAY. Absolute circus of a business. 0 stars

No direct number to the office. When you are connected to them by a respresentative, front desk dosent answer or hangs up on you. They schedule appointments a month ahead for you to then cancel THE DAY BEFORE. My deep cleaning was scheduled in MARCH for APRIL (A MONTH AHEAD)They texted, called and emailed ALL MONTH confirming the appointment, then they call a day before saying the hygenist went on vacation? REALLY????!!!! Theeeeen they said they would call back to reschedule which is a lie, and when you call they hang up or dont answer. Do you guys want buisness or what? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

I would like to give an excellent review and express my sincere appreciation to the front desk staff and nurses Angelina, Aida, and Tasha for their warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding care. They were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, making me feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment I arrived. I would also like to thank Dr. Singh for his professionalism, clear explanations, and genuine concern for my condition. He took his time and treated me with great respect. My visit was today on 01/02/2026 at 2:00 PM, and it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic and the entire staff.
