I would like to give an excellent review and express my sincere appreciation to the front desk staff and nurses Angelina, Aida, and Tasha for their warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding care. They were very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, making me feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment I arrived. I would also like to thank Dr. Singh for his professionalism, clear explanations, and genuine concern for my condition. He took his time and treated me with great respect. My visit was today on 01/02/2026 at 2:00 PM, and it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this clinic and the entire staff.

Very inconvenient there is no direct line to contact the office. My boyfriend went in for an emergency visit because his wisdom tooth had shifted significantly and a cavity had formed between both teeth effecting the wisdom and two others the doctor said along with all other wisdom teeth and atleast one additional on each side. He’s had significant pain and now has had sweeping, they scheduled extractions but not until a couple weeks, when that one tooth really is bothering him so badly, I believe there is an infection and they didn’t perceive any antibiotics, now I have tried reaching out to the office to get in touch with the doctor to see if he could call in antibiotics, because I have had an infection before with the same symptoms. However I can only get in touch with the answering service and will have to wait 24-48 hours to get a call back, that I’m going to just have to drive to the office. I think that this place just cares about collecting the insurance checks… and not about the patients. I’m very skeptical about going there myself especially seeing I was trying to get a cleaning and when I asked the lady on the phone if there was appointment in the new Britain office she told me they only had a Hartford location. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT!

The staff is very unprofessional and health illiterate to their customers. It was my partner first time going to this establishment , they treated him very rudely and unprofessional, based off his past medical history, and he was denied to even able to speak to the doctor. Their punctuality was very unprofessional ; they had him waiting for a very long time, before refusing to see him after he submitted his medical information. For any medical facility, this is a poor way of showing professionalism and integrity towards patients. I would never recommend anyone parent or adult to receive any sort of medical attention from this place.

Horrible experience got my tooth taken out yesterday and it was the worse experince. The secretary was nice but the rest were very rude i had to get numb 5 times and i still felt it.... When they were done they told me to leave and wait in the waiting room so they can get my paper work together i only received and appointment to come back but not for what they did to me... They never sent out a special mouth wash to rinse the blood out I was told by cvs with an open wound i needed a special subscribe mouth its 5pm now and still no call back and mind you they emergency line was calling them they are so unprofessional they need to be close down for my first experience it was the worse wont be going back but will warned everyone cause they are no good and the place dont look to sanitize smfh they are the worse dental in Hartford ct main st 10/7/25 i may still have a piece of tooth still stuck in my gums smh im in pain. Thank god for urgent care who did took care of my pain and infection.... Now i have to contact a good surgeon to check the mess up im pist offf and in painnn how could yah do this to me...I cried the whole time they just wanted my tooths dont go there go to family dentistry in hartford they are way better didnt go there cause i was closer to sutton dental but my godddd never again....
