We used Explore Orthodontics for Phase 1 braces for my child. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was that they repeatedly made promises about what would be done at the next appointment, but those things rarely happened. We would be told, "Next time we'll install this," or "We'll add that," but when we arrived for the next visit, there was always a different reason why it couldn't be done. Instead, they would say something had broken or come loose, and the treatment plan would change. This happened over and over during the two years of treatment. Another concern was how emergencies were handled. When a bracket or appliance broke, they often didn't repair or replace it. Instead, they would simply cut the wire or remove that part of the appliance, which felt like they were eliminating part of the treatment rather than fixing the problem. We paid nearly $3,000 for Phase 1 treatment, and it did not meet our expectations. Because of our experience, we will not be continuing with Phase 2 treatment at this office. I was disappointed by the lack of consistency, the frequent changes to the treatment plan, and the promises that were never followed through.

So happy with the way my daughter's treatment came out and so is she. I have never seen her smile so much. Now she shows teeth in every picture.

Dr Kay and Staff is very Friendly,and Welcoming. My daughter always look forward to her visit.

My 17 got braces a few years ago and his teeth look great... Now my 12 year old is just starting out with his braces, Dr.Kay does really good work, she makes sure everything is good with the coming along results and always on top of everything yes braces are expensive but it's very much well worth it 👍
