I may not share the opinions of some, but I feel that I do need to warn others. My daughter recently completed her braces. I have serrated edges on my teeth, something unique, something I have always liked. My daughter did too. But sadly Dr. Kay decided that she would make my daughters teeth be uniform, WITHOUT giving me or my daughter the choice. Something that can not be undone. I trusted them, and they took away something unique from my daughter that we shared. While inquiring about why this was done, I was laughed at and told everyone wants their children's teeth to be uniform. And then I was told how my daughter didn't maintain her braces well enough, but yet the entire time she was receiving treatment, I was never told about a problem. My heart hurts and wishes we could go back and have never gotten braces here.

They treat you like you bother them if you have concerns. They overlook a ton of things. They rush you. They take braces off too early. Retainer sucks. Please save your money and go elsewhere!!! I wish I would’ve!!! This has costed me more and caused MORE problems for me down the line. Had I went to a better orthodontist, I would not have these issues and I would’ve saved a lot of money/time.

The staff at Explore Orthodontics is great! They are professional and friendly. Dr Daniel is an awesome orthodontist. She is very firm with her patients and she is very open and honest whether you want to hear it or not and I respect that!!

I've just done the initial imaging for Invisalign but everyone was very professional and helpful. The doctor clearly explained the results I could expect and possible complications. The office staff went through the financial part throughly, explaining options and working with my insurance company to determine what benefits I had. The tech who did the imaging explained what she was doing and was very gentle with the one uncomfortable part of the process.

My 17 got braces a few years ago and his teeth look great... Now my 12 year old is just starting out with his braces, Dr.Kay does really good work, she makes sure everything is good with the coming along results and always on top of everything yes braces are expensive but it's very much well worth it 👍
