Such a welcoming and kind group of people, and everyone was knowledgeable about their role. My son was ecstatic the braces could be placed the same day as the consultation. He was smiling before and after 😁

I was extremely disappointed in my entire experience. 1. The process was originally supposed to take less than 6 months. I wore my treys religiously and didn't lose any. 2. When I came in after that timeline wouldn't be possible, they quickly talked me into putting a "bracket" to move my front teeth. Didn't explain in any plain English that actually what they were doing was putting braces on me....which is exactly what I didn't want and the entire reason I was doing Invisalign. The braces were already on my teeth before I even realized what I had agreed to. 3. Even after that time frame they wanted me to wear the braces even longer at which point I said no I wanted them removed. It then took weeks for new Invisalign to come in. 4. Then one of the knobs they put onto my teeth literally broke off, so I had to go into get them fixed. called twice about going in asap. and when I went in (which by the way costs me 50$ by uber every time I had to go to the office), they then told me I didn't bring the right piece of equipment I had possession of to make new ones. at which point I was pissed because no-one informed me. Not to mention they had never actually informed me of anything throughout the entire process. It was always usher me into the office, do what they will, then push me out. 5. finally finished the last set...which to be honest still didn't correct one tooth, but I was so done. AND THEY FORGOT TO TAKE ONE OF THE KNODES OFF MY TEETH ON THE INSIDE. realized immediately and still had to wait weeks for a new appointment for when I got my retainers for them to take it off. Needless to say the entire process was NOTHING I expected it would be and clearly they are pushing people through as fast as possible to make money without any care for their patients quality. Oh. p.s at one point I asked them to send a new trey directly to my house so I wouldn't have to uber out and back for a one minute pickup...and they never sent it. it was still sitting on their desk when I called weeks later asking when it was going to arrive and they had never sent it. none of this even talks about the one "nurse" in there that butchers people's mouths with her tools without giving a single care.

Visiting the dentist was a surprisingly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The dentist took time to explain everything clearly, which helped ease any nervousness I had. The appointment was gentle, professional, and efficient, and I appreciated how much they cared about my comfort and oral health. I left feeling relieved, confident, and happy knowing I was taking good care of my smile.

went in for replacement retainers, but there was a small space between my two front teeth. s/o to dr. nguyen & his assistant (who’s name i didn’t get, sorry) for closing that up for me before i get fitted for new retainers ers (: thanks a lot!! p.s. yall pleeeeeease don’t wrap your retainers in napkins, no matter how responsible you think you are!

Every experience we have had at SMile Doctors has been an amazing experience. The staff is amazing and always there with a smile on their face. I would recommend Smile Doctors to all my family and friends.
