We’ve had such a great experience at Smile Doctor Orthopedics Chalmette! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly and patient with my 10-year-old son—they really know how to put kids at ease. What could have been a scary or overwhelming process has actually become something he looks forward to, thanks to their gentle and reassuring approach. As a parent, I truly appreciate the professionalism and how clean and well-organized the office is. They always take the time to explain each step, so both my son and I feel informed and comfortable. It’s such a relief to know he’s in good hands. Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for expert orthodontic care with a personal, compassionate touch!

Everyone in the office is very friendly, polite, and super helpful. They always welcome you with a warm smile and the customer service is A1. Asia took my X-rays today and she was awesome very sweet & kind helpful and encouraging she’s great!!!!!! They really make you feel special and not like a patient or customer but like an apart of the team!!!! I highly recommend

We love Smile Doctors. My son needed two stages of braces - we recently started his second stage and we would not have gone anywhere else. The staff and Dr. Lee are so nice and professional.

Smile Doctors is by far my favorite of all types of doctors offices. They are so efficient and the staff is so friendly. Myself and 2 of my 5 kids are all patients and I will continue to bring my other children if needed. The orthodontist is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They make the office fun for kids with contest and games while they wait.
