My son got his top braces today and will follow up in January for his bottom. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with lots of information. Their bedside manners were absolutely wonderful. We had refreshments , decorated ornaments and we watched tv while we waited. My son loved his experience and said he felt confident and comfortable immediately.

Dr. Haley is amazing!! She is genuine and kind, and truly cares for her patients. From the start of my journey, every staff member I've encountered has been kind, caring, and encouraging during the process. My daughters and I have all had our braces done at this location with Dr. Haley. I am so happy and pleased with my results, and have gained confidence in smiling again. If you're looking for a professional, kind, and welcoming orthodontist and staff, Smile Doctors in Metairie is definitely the place!!

The staff are very professional and friendly, (especially Dr. Haley and Taylor). They explained the process and procedures for my care and answered all of my questions. The front desk staff always greet clients with a smile, and they are very friendly also. The modern environment is well maintained and the efficient care by the staff is very much appreciated! There is a ton of parking which is great! I would highly recommend this Orthodontist office.

From start to finish, my experience was amazing. The front desk was super quick. The dental assistant Navaeh was super sweet. Taylor was so kind and helpful, and Dr. Haley Bui made the whole process easy and stress free. I was able to get my braces the same day with a low down payment, and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend to anyone considering braces!

Such a great experience! The staff was incredibly sweet, very fast, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. They were also very educational and took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan so I knew exactly what to expect. I really appreciated how patient and thorough they were. Highly recommend!
