Update since first review this has been the worse experience I have had at this facility! My son and I arrived early for his appointment due to another appointment finished early. His appointment was scheduled for 3 we made it at 2:15. The lady that checked us in said she would try to get us in but it maybe close to our time still. Mine you I was disappointed with this but there were other appointments so I had to abide by this. We sat patiently for the next 45 minutes and he still wasn’t called! I asked what was going on and he was behind the2:40 patient that was finishing up. Now I didn’t understand why he was behind a patient and he was there before that patient and two others that came at 3 was called before him!!! Why couldn’t one of them have to wait for that patient to finish when we were already sitting there! This is poor management in my opinion! My son didn’t get called until 3:10! Now we had came a little before our appointment I wouldn’t be complaining but since we were here at 2:15 this was very disappointing!

Mississippi Smiles is hands down the best! The staff is friendly and everyone is incredibly skilled and caring. Every visit is comfortable, and they always take the time to explain everything. Loved being here! Highly recommend!

I love this place for my son! And he loves it, too. We feel special here, and the patient (and parent) experience is always amazing. This place is truly the epitome of excellent service and care. Always friendly, considerate, attentive, and quick—from the staff at the front desk to the dental professionals in the back! So many practices can learn from you all. Please start a pediatric medical practice next! We’ll be there with bells and whistles on. 😀
