I got my wisdom teeth extracted here with Dr. Damron. Scheduling was quick and easy. Chantel was friendly and found an appointment that worked perfectly for me! Best billing experience I’ve ever had at an oral surgery office. Heather was friendly, efficient, and very informative! Dr. Damron did an amazing job with the extractions, I barely had any swelling, little to no pain, and he continued to check up on me after surgery as well! They did an amazing job and as someone who suffers from dental anxiety they definitely put me at ease.

The team was amazing during my mother’s surgery. They made both of us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everyone was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly so we didn’t feel nervous. Dr. Pesto, Saniyah, and Crystal were especially caring and attentive. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Thank you all for taking such good care of my mom!

Today I had two teeth pulled by Dr. Damron and his team and they were amazing from start to finish! Brooke took so much time going over all my questions before the surgery, and never made me feel like a burden or anything. April and Macey did such a wonderful job keeping me calm during the consult and pre-op, I have some anxiety around dental work but they made it seem easy and not scary at all! Dr. Damron is knowledgeable and very kind, and he did a great job- the numbness has since worn off, and my stitches don’t hurt like they did with previous extractions! LOVE this team!

Every step of the process was explained clearly, all of my questions were answered patiently, and even phone calls are handled with care and reassurance. I requested to keep all of my wisdom teeth, and they explained that sometimes they can come out in fragments. Nevertheless, thanks to how skilled and attentive this team is, I was lucky enough to receive all of them perfectly intact. The attention to detail, comfort provided during surgery, and overall experience truly stood out to me. Especially since this was my very first surgery and first time going into anesthesia. If you need wisdom teeth removal or oral surgery, I highly recommend this team at the Savannah location. The care, communication, and professionalism are truly top tier!
