My teenage daughter had her first visit at Savannah Dental Solutions today and we couldn’t be happier! The day before her appointment, I received a call to ask about any concerns or anything that needed to be addressed at the appointment. When we arrived, the receptionist was friendly and called my daughter by her nickname (that I included in her intake paperwork), this small gesture was much appreciated. Dr. Schnabel was thorough and friendly, he spoke to her on her level, which really put her ease.

Dr. Smith and Assistant Kristin were incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate throughout my entire appointment. Kristin went above and beyond to help me feel safe. She never made me feel embarrassed or rushed, and when I needed to hold her hand to get through the numbing shots, she did so without hesitation or judgment. That level of empathy made an enormous difference for me. Dr. Smith was calm, thorough, and reassuring, and I truly felt cared for rather than just “worked on.” I’m very grateful for the way I was treated and for how seriously they took my comfort. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety, this office is a place where you’ll be treated with respect and genuine kindness.

I had an excellent experience with my dentist for both a root canal and bridge work. He was extremely gentle, careful, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was nervous about pain, but he worked so smoothly that the procedures were much easier than I expected. The bridge fit perfectly on the first try with no adjustments needed, which really shows his skill and attention to detail. The office staff were also wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout every visit. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality care I received. Highly recommend this dental office!

Macy, the hygienist, did an excellent job and was thorough with her evaluation, cleaning, and documentation. As a new patient, it’s nice to be well informed and feel welcome. Dr Schnabel was extremely friendly, answered all my questions, and makes special efforts to connect with patients. I will definitely be referring my spouse and anyone else I speak to to this practice

Best dentist ever! If you're nervous or have ever had a bad experience at other dental practices, Dr. Chad is for you. If a dentist has said you need crowns or fillings and it seemed off, get your 2nd opinion from Dr. Chad. He's honest and will put you at ease. His staff and hygienists do a great job too. Stellar practice all the way around.
