Services from the reception desk to the Dentist and Staff, GREAT!!! Clean, they are Gentle which I Love because I’m terrified of the dentist, Lol, they made me feel so comfortable and Zulianny perfected at doing my fillings! The dentist did an extraction on me and I didn’t know she was even done because she was so Gentle😊 I Highly recommend, just be layered up because it is Freezing in there!

The dental assistant was a sweet young girl who could benefit from a class in dealing with different kinds of situations. The orthodontist on the other hand was professional until she wasn’t. I remember my first time going to this location. It was very welcoming but I don’t know what happened. Maybe they were having a bad day. Idk.

Excellent service. They are kind, gentle, they listen all your conserns and take their time to take good care of you. Dr Kolte and and Clarissa are the best! Thank you as always

Originally came with my partner who needed some lengthy work done. They were all so gentle and patient with her that it blew me away. I decided then to start coming for myself -and I’m so glad I did. Their bedside manner has been consistently top notch! From the staff in the front to the team in the back, they all take the time to answer my million questions. They explain the treatment plan every step of the way and the exact cost so there’s no surprises - not to mention best prices I’ve experienced! Definitely recommend! 😄

I have had the worst experience dealing with this dentistry for the candid pro liners they set me up with. I have been waiting on a retainer for half a year, and they will tell me one thing and months will pass and I call them back to follow up and suddenly they don’t know anything, and send me to another westend location where the head dentist moved too, and they are just as unhelpful. No one explains anything to you, I have been in limbo for half a year waiting to be done with this process and now I am going to have to go to a different dentist to finish the job that this one didn’t follow through with. I will never go back to a Westend dental.
