Westend Dental

I first came in March, they do so well with my children that I went to the front desk to get myself scheduled. They were able to take me the same day. I asked about some very specific services that I need and I was scheduled for those and approved where I have been turned down by other dental offices Multiple times. I’m happy to say that this office has Serviced me and my children well and we are returning patients and look forward to many more years of care here. Not to mention, they can handle my spunky, sassy rambunctious, two year-old without a problem. The staff is polite and resourceful. When my children needed to see an orthodontist they sent us to one that accepted our insurance. They give you shades show the exam light doesn’t bother your eyes. They readily have a prize chest for the kiddos to pick a toy from. The office is clean, kid friendly, and you can always expect an answer or a call back same day. I can’t take photos in the office but I’ll be back with some later lol.

My experience was not good. I would never go back. Many reasons but to name a few... The staff were not friendly at all. Made us feel like we just walked into their home uninvited. My son had his teeth cleaned. While the dentist was cleaning his teeth my son was shaking really bad and said that he was cold. The dentist told him to put his jacket over him, instead of offering him a blanket. Then when it was my turn he told me that I would need damn near all my top teeth pulled, and he was really adamant about pulling them out RIGHT then. I am so happy that I didn't listen. I got a second opinion and was told that was unnecessary and came up with a treatment plan. Maybe if your skin tone is different you will get a different experience.

Everyone in this office is very welcoming, warm, professional, efficient, dedicated and caring. Processes are explained every step of the way. I very highly recommend Westend Dental. And I want to thank everyone there for the wonderful experience I had this morning. I'll be back!

I've been 3 times now, just went a couple days ago for a filling. Not only did I get a filling but also got my teeth polished and some rough areas smoothed out. The first 2 time was for a deep cleaning which went very comfortably. The staff is friendly, gentle and very professional.

Ana was absolutely amazing! And so is the rest of the staff. I have gotten a lot of work done and they made my son very comfortable for his first appointment. Thanks so much!
