Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics

This has been the absolute BEST experience I’ve had in braces. From their commitment to ensuring the quality of your smile to supporting their patients to the flexibility of choice while ongoing treatment and options to switch to the affordability , I have to say that I haven’t come across an orthodontic practice like this. The staff are really sweet they work with you and every office location is beautiful. Norfolk Premium Outlets is my fave. They take their time, are patient and just all around great people. I think of you’re considering it, definitely give these folks a try. You won’t regret it.

I just had my appointment to pick up my first two sets of Invisalign at Hatcher and Frey, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. Going to an appointment with young kids can usually be stressful, but the team here went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly polite and warm. When I had to step out to change my baby daughter, the staff was so understanding and accommodating. My 4 year old was entertained with coloring (they had coloring sheets and crayons up at the front) They also had water bottles to offer. The clinical staff in the back were equally wonderful. They gave my son an Inflatable soccer ball to play with while they discussed the Invisalign treatment with me. They were extremely clear, informative, and made sure I felt totally comfortable and prepared with my new Invisalign trays before leaving. The overall environment of the office is so calm and relaxed, which immediately puts you at ease. If you are looking for an orthodontist that combines top-tier professional care with genuine family-friendly hospitality, Hatcher and Frey is the absolute best!

I went in to hopefully get my final trays to complete treatment, but since I’ve had some major work done and it put the final tray on hold. I was under the impression that the trays would be covered since my plan wasn’t necessarily “completed” however after that appointment I did end up starting back onto treatment which I wasn’t sure as to why I am paying for another session. The staff is eager to help, but also have me pay either way so some more explanation on that could’ve been nice. Overall great experience as to why I’ve maintained a long standing (3 year relationship with them) , but I do think The treatment coordinator can explain the financial process a little better rather than sending a financial contract immediately.

Although I was unable to complete my orthodontic treatment. I would like to commend the practice for its high standard of care. The service was consistently attentive, and their support during any urgent dental issues was prompt and professional. The front office staff was accommodating in scheduling appointments that worked with my demanding work schedule. Throughout my time there, I felt my needs were heard and that I was a valued patient.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Hatcher & Frey! The staff and orthodontist have been wonderful, welcoming, and professional throughout my treatment. I’m very happy with my experience so far and excited to see my final results! Highly recommend!
