We had a wonderful experience with this orthodontic office. The team was kind, patient, and made my daughter feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process of getting her braces. Both Dr.Frey and Dr.Hatcher have been amazing with my two sons that have had braces. I also appreciate the other folks who work there with them. They have all been helpful and kind to both my boys. Plus, the office staff is easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics.

Dr. Lascala is the best there is. Her attention to detail is so remarkable. She takes your treatment personally. Also, the assistant S’Mya IS THEE BEST!! She’s so sweet and kind. I always look forward to seeing them both at my visits. I can’t wait to see my end results.

We love Hatcher & Frey! The staff are all friendly, helpful, and very professional at all locations. They have advanced technology and have made my daughter's orthodontic treatment very simple! So glad we were referred here by her pediatric dentist.

Although I was unable to complete my orthodontic treatment. I would like to commend the practice for its high standard of care. The service was consistently attentive, and their support during any urgent dental issues was prompt and professional. The front office staff was accommodating in scheduling appointments that worked with my demanding work schedule. Throughout my time there, I felt my needs were heard and that I was a valued patient.
