My youngest daughter is just beginning her orthodontic journey with braces, and I could not be more pleased with the experience so far. From our very first visit, the welcoming staff and providers at Hatcher & Frey have made us feel comfortable, valued, and completely at ease. The entire team is kind, courteous, and takes the time to explain each step of the process clearly, making sure we understand her treatment and feel confident in the decisions being made. I truly appreciate that they provide options and involve us in her care, creating a personalized experience rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Every visit feels attentive and individualized. We never feel rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule, yet they still manage to stay organized and keep wait times to a minimum. The combination of excellent care, professionalism, and genuine compassion has made this a wonderful experience. We are so happy we chose Hatcher & Frey for my daughter’s orthodontic care and feel very confident in the treatment she is receiving. I have always wanted to improve my own smile, and after seeing the level of care and results they provide, I know I will be next!

KyKy(Kyara) is an absolute gem dental assistant! The absolute best! The entire team at Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics was warm, friendly, and professional. What really impressed me was meeting one-on-one with the actual orthodontist instead of just a consultant. He used state-of-the-art technology to create a detailed 3D model of my own teeth, showing exactly how my treatment would progress and what my final smile could look like. As someone getting braces for the second time with a more complex case, I appreciated that he explained multiple treatment options and made me feel confident in their expertise. The office is beautiful, spotless, efficient, and everyone genuinely cares. I highly recommend Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics!

I have just completed my Invisalign treatment and I highly recommend Hatcher & Frey Orthodontics! The process was straight-forward, all of the staff were kind and if I wasn't able to immediately reach someone by phone, I received a telatively quick reply... even by text message! All the technicians, whom I saw for every appointment were kind & thorough, much like each of the four doctors who took turns checking me at the end of each vist to prescribe my next steps and adjustments. I felt particularly blessed to see Dr Lascala a couple of times! I was very impressed by her wisdom, and even though that check-in with the doctor is usually a very quick one, I felt she paused for an extra second, considered my case and then wisely suggested some adjustments I hadn't heard discussed before. As an adult patient, who had a large gap between one tooth on one side, an overbite, and a tooth which was sideways on the other side, I believe her decision(s) were an integral part in helping to reshape my end results, : )!

Our experience was incredibly smooth sort of. The tech who helped us was very kind, but we have no idea what she was saying as she walked and talked back to the appointment. No idea what we missed. Perhaps spend 2 minutes speaking with clients before sitting in the chair, or walk backwards and talk (just a thought). Get it that this is a machine, but if we as clients forking over $$$ don't feel we're vaguely important and worth the education, it's hard to recommend Hatcher and Frey.
