The practice is PHENOMENAL!!! Hatcher & Frey are both outstanding!! The staff always greets you with a warm welcome as soon as you enter. The dental hygienists are next level!! They have always treated me with the utmost attention and care. I love that place so much; my son will soon get his braces here as well. Highly recommended!!

The staff are always friendly and inviting. Today my daughter was with Tony for scanning and then we spoke to Marne' about a new treatment plan. Both were very informative and fun. The office staff do a great job making sure that you get in and out. Time is very important to everyone so I really appreciate that. Dr.s Frey and Hatcher are always very personable and make you feel comfortable. The entire staff are excited for you and your new smile.

I have used Hatcher and Frey Orthodontics twice now. Each time the service has been stellar! Everyone is so nice and inviting in the office. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and I am beyond happy about my results! If you are looking to improve your smile, I'd 10/10 recommend!! 😁

I can’t say enough good things about this practice!! Both myself and my daughter had great experiences. I had Invisalign and my daughter did traditional braces. Not only do we love our results but the care and professionalism was top tier. I would recommend these doctors to anyone looking for orthodontic care.

My son and I both recently finished Invisalign treatment at Hatcher and Frey Orthodontics, and we had such a great experience from start to finish — and we LOVE our smiles! We chose Hatcher and Frey because of their great reputation, and we are so glad we did. I had metal braces as a child and ended up needing treatment again as an adult, and my son is a teen who needed orthodontics as well. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful with both of us. Everyone was always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and scheduling appointments was easy and flexible enough to fit our busy schedule. We also felt the pricing was very affordable, especially for the level of care we received. The only thing I wish is that they were closer — we live in Yorktown and the closest location is Taylor Road — so I truly hope you expand and open an office on this side one day because we love you guys! Highly recommend Hatcher and Frey to anyone considering Invisalign or orthodontic treatment.
