Suffolk Braces: Dr. Taylor & Orthodontic Associates

This office is amazing, both locations! We are always seen immediately upon arriving for our appointment and the staff is always so welcoming. Kierra at the Breezeport was so patient and gentle with my daughter, taking special care with the adjustments especially when she saw my daughter was in a little pain. She stopped and made sure she was okay before proceeding. Jordan is also really great with my daughter at the Hillpoint location. Great things to say about this place!

First off, Dr. Taylor is cocky and pompous. He will belittle your occupation right in front of you, but that’s not even the meat and potatoes. Every time my child goes there wires come loose and stab cheeks causing blood, pain and discomfort. I have a friend who also used him and had the same experience. They wrote a demand letter to and had everything removed from their child’s mouth. In the letter, it mentions another parent in the office, a third person at this point has yet had the same experience. The office is also unaccommodating. They only have certain “types” of appointments in the afternoon when I am at work REFUSE to accommodate this. I was told a manager will call me back. It’s been a month. Lastly, they either lied about how long my child needs braces, or didn’t know because they don’t know what they are doing. I believe it’s a 50/50 combo. The whole place is unimpressive. It’s a like a puppy mill for kids braces. Here is a picture of a piece of metal that was dislodged from my kids mouth. They were very surreptitious about this whole ordeal. Almost like they were trying to brush it under the rug because they knew they had messed up badly. They also put in the file if you ask a lot of questions, “parent asks a lot of questions.” Should we just go along with whatever these 20-year-olds “techs” are doing with wire cutters and they were child’s faces? I see a lawsuit in this guys future.

I recently switched to this office. I was impressed with the staff. I have 9 kids. I take my children 3 at a time to avoid chaos at appointments. The staff were very welcoming to my chaos and made my children feel comfortable. We were in an out compared to my prior office. I’m used to spending my entire day at the dentist which this made me happy. My children particularly enjoyed Ms Jordan. You can tell she is used to little ones. Thank You again for you alls service an I definitely will suggest you all to family and friends. Good dental is truly hard to find .

Our experience with Suffolk Braces has always been nothing but exceptional. The staff from the desk to the doctors are amazing and explain everything so we understand it. None of the medical jargon. The office may be really busy at times but they take their time with their patients. If you are looking for a good orthodontist you couldn’t do better than Suffolk Braces.

This practice is amazing and the experience was great all the way down to the financing options and knowing what you’re paying up front. They are understanding, professional, and amazing!
