Great experience! Bria helped with my X-rays and pictures and made me feel really comfortable during the process. Sharon walked me through my treatment plan and pricing and made me feel confident about investing in myself. Both were kind, professional, and made the visit a really positive one. Pt 2 Next day ! I almost forgot Natalie,she was amazing and walked me through every step of putting my braces on. She was funny and very informative about my after care. I hope to see all of these ladies again !

I love the customer service they provide. Sharon went out of her way to ensure my new payment plan worked with my budget so I could finish my treatment without it causing financial hardship. She did this even after I had to take a year to have a financial reset and I was unable to keep up with my payments during that time. My techs were amazing from the level of empathy to getting the work done with care and professionalism they showed. Thank for everything you all do. The level of encouragement, options, and recommendations given by Dr. Behl allows me to be comfortable and confident in making the best choices for my oral health.

My daughter was seen at the Suffolk location for her first time getting braces. LB was fantastic with her today while putting on her braces.
