Dr Martin have been in my kids like since they was one years old..they are now 18,15, and 14..they still see him til this day. The best if the very best. I wouldn’t trade him for the world. And I’m in love with his new location in Norfolk 100000/10

Always excellent service quick clean friendly everyone always polite

This location is much more convenient for me—only about 10 minutes from my house—but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I usually visit the Independence location, where I’m always in and out without any issues. My first experience at the Kingsley Lane office started when I received a call two days before my appointment asking if I could move it from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., which wasn’t a problem at all. I arrived before my appointment time, but after waiting over 30 mins I ended up rescheduling for the following Monday at 8:00 a.m. (today). Even then, I wasn’t called back until 8:15 a.m., which was surprising considering I was the only patient in the office. Another thing I noticed was that the same debris on the floor from Friday morning was still there on Monday morning. That was disappointing because the office itself is very nice. Once I was taken to the back for my adjustment, the entire time I could hear the staff discussing their personal business and using profanity. It just didn’t feel very professional. I really wanted to like this location because of how convenient it is, but based on my experience, I’ll gladly drive the extra seven miles to the Independence location instead.

The service was amazing, staff is nice and quick process i loved it , i got one of the staff her name os brittany , shes very funny and cool i liked that service here

Sharon was an amazing help. She answered all my questions that needed to be answered and I recommend going to her.
