I’ve been coming to this orthodontist office since around 2008, when I got my first set of braces. My teeth were corrected beautifully back then, but as a young adult I wasn’t the most compliant with wearing my retainers. Last year, I decided it was time to fix the small shifts that happened over the years, so I started Invisalign. Dr. Ashby told me I’d only need a few trays to make minor corrections, and he was absolutely right — I’m very pleased with my treatment and the results. But the main reason I’m writing this review is to shout out his amazing staff. Mrs./Ms. Virginia, Mrs./Ms. Maria, Mrs./Ms. Donna, and another wonderful lady whose name I can’t remember — she’s been there forever — all deserve recognition. They are consistently helpful, kind, and truly go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need as a patient. Their care and dedication are a huge part of why I’ve stayed with this office for so many years.

I’ve been working with Dr. Ashby and his team for about 3 years now and I have consistently received intentional care and kind costumer service! I went with Invisalign and I was always notified in a timely manner when my trays were ready. I love how there are multiple locations as well really makes it convenient when making appointments. Thank you Dr. Ashby and team for transforming my smile and ultimately my life!

Contracted to put braces on my son march Of 2024 . We paid $3895.00 As of 3/31/2026 the brackets keep breaking . In our adult presence , when he is not eating anything hard or anything wrong . Obviously it is an error of installation . We came in today to get it fixed , and were told the braces will be taken off and we would get a $200 refund if we DONT take the retainer . The teeth are beyond crooked , and we are out almost $4000 ! I would not recommend this place to anyone. To be offered $200 back out of $4000 was insulting. The contract states additional fees may apply For broken pieces , but no where does it say the braces will be taken off and you will be discharged . We will be filing a small claims case in the morning . Avoid this place and save yourself the headache I just experienced of wasting 2 years and $4000

I was referred to this office by a white friend who had a great experience. She told me she was able to use her insurance and was placed on a payment plan, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. As a Black woman, my experience was very different. The “consultation” was extremely brief and didn’t feel thorough at all. After a quick look at my teeth, I was immediately sent to a finance representative. I was then told they do not offer payment plans and was instead encouraged to apply for a loan through a third-party creditor. This was both confusing and concerning, especially since I had already confirmed my orthodontic benefits with my insurance and came in ready to start treatment. The inconsistency between what my friend experienced and what I was told raises questions that are hard to ignore. I ultimately chose to leave & found a different ortho. I would strongly recommend that future black patients ask detailed questions about payment options and financing before scheduling.

I absolutely love Ashby's orthodontist I've never had a bad experience or a bad appointment they're always super super friendly, helpful, and informative. I could not have imagine getting my teeth serviced at any other place. I love them tremendously shout out every last one of the workers !!! YALL ARE AMAZING 🥲 love you guys
