LWSS Family Dentistry - Norfolk

So far so good! Had an unfortunate experience with another provider that made me come here. I expressed my concerns and discussed my needs (as an MS PATIENT) and they have been amazing!! Patient and they explain each step as we go. They help me interpret the need and have helped me reached a better place of comfort and peace of mind. I have seen different dentist/hygienist all under the guidance of my primary. She has always been involved in my care so far. That’s important to me because of my Auto Immune Disease. My latest visit was with Amanda- she was absolutely lovely! Made my cleaning and the sealing of my teeth feel easy. The receptionists are always a delight and helpful with scheduling and my chaos of a work schedule. The billing rep I stood with was personable and funny. 🤣 I am happy I made the change.

The young lady that cleaned my teeth did an excellent job, she explained everything she was doing, which put me at ease. The room was nice, tv and the little glitter lamp also put me at ease. Tina was awsome as well. Overall, I give my experience a 10, meaning GREAT JOB!!

I'm usually a bag of nerves when it comes down to dentistry but this was one of my best visits. The young lady who cleaned my teeth was gentle enough that I felt comfortable the entire time. And she was very friendly. Love the atmosphere of this office. Everyone was courteous and attentive. Very professional. I think that's great!

Office and Facility were really clean. The ladies at the front were very nice and friendly and greeted me promptly. I was there for a routine cleaning. The dental hygienist Gina was very professional, positive, and skilled. She explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions. Best hygienist I've ever had!!! The dentist introduced herself to me and was very friendly. Will continue to keep going back.

The staff starting with the front desk were very helpful. My husband Donovan Dunkley referred me to LWSS. My hygienist Sarah made me feel very comfortable and she was very helpful. Dr. T came in and assessed my x-rays and did a check on my teeth as well. I was very satisfied with my visit and they have a new patient in me.
