LWSS Family Dentistry - Norfolk

This is a wonderful friendly office. The best tech I have experience with my mother is Ms. Roslyn. She was there to help coach her in getting her denture scan done and being great at her job due to moms condition. The staff and doctors are great too.

The staff is amazing and attentive. My dental hygienist is very thorough. She explains everything to me and answers all my questions in a way that I understand

My daughter and I have been going to see Dr. Remya for several years and she is wonderful. My daughter had so much anxiety about dental work, and Lexi and Dr. Remya were beyond patient and kind. They even put KPop Demon Hunter on the tv to make her feel more comfortable. I'm so thankful for them and how much they went above and beyond today.

Service has definitely declined in the last year. Business seems to be in need of personnel that are more experienced, such as with quotes and following thru. . Do you send texts to let customers know when their appointments are? Also, ya’ll seem to be in need of extra dentists. Back when original doctors were still there, things were great. The dentists there now seem overwhelmed and in a hurry when they are with you.. Hope yall get more help

LWSS as a wonderful practice! I go to the office on Little Creek Road. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by receptionists who are professional and kind. I mentioned both because in the midst of being professional, they treat you like you a member of the family. The dental hygienist(s) (I hope I’m using the correct terminology.) and the dentists are the same way. They are knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, and they make you feel comfortable when you sit in the chair. I don’t know much about the other LWSS offices, but I would recommend the practice on Little Creek Rd. to anyone looking for a good dental office.
