I came to Dr. Shivar with daily pain in my jaw from clenching and grinding due to a misaligned bite. He suggested straightening my teeth to align my bite as best as possible as well as reconstructive jaw surgery to correct my underbite. After a little over two years in braces, my teeth were the straightest they have ever been so it was time to undergo surgery. Dr. Shivar recommended Dr. Neil Morrison and they worked together to prepare me for surgery. My upper jaw was repositioned and I had a bone graft to even out my bite. Five months after surgery, I am virtually pain free, perfectly straight teeth and finally a beautiful smile! I am ecstatic with my results and smiling ear to ear!
