Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Dental assistant made me feel comfortable, was very efficient and knowlegable answering all my questions. The dentist was personable, answered all my questions and was gentle. This was my first visit and I was happy with my appointment.

This practice is not taking new patients at this time. There is a mismatch between their system and their practice, since the system allows new patient appointments but the practice isn’t accepting new patients. I am putting 4 stars because the front office was nice and respectful when I called, but I wouldn’t have known my appointment was invalid if I didn’t call.

Jennifer the dental hygienist is great! She is very knowledgeable and always listens to me when I bring up any concerns. Dr Barrett is awesome too, friendly and easy to talk to. They helped me a lot with my Invisalign treatment. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience during my routine cleaning. I had some special circumstances and the hygienist was able to answer my questions and address my concerns. She made me very comfortable and had a very cheerful demeanor. Very satisfied.

While the hygienists and doctors were great, my experience with their treatment plans and billing was extremely unprofessional. Long story short, I went from a treatment plan/estimate of less than $300 with my insurance, to paying out of pocket more than $1,100 AFTER THEY PERFORMED THE PROCEDURES!!! I received no upfront transparency of these charges, nor did I receive the information that my insurance was not going to cover these treatments. It wasn’t until I called several times to finally get through their automated call interface, that they finally informed me that my insurance did not in fact cover the treatments they recommended, and that I was indeed out $1100+ Again, hygienists and doctors did great work physically, but my experience was highly unprofessional post-procedure, and now it feels like I was scammed post-op.
