Doctor Behl And his staff are Phenomenal, They made my daughter feel very comfortable from her initial appointment until she got her braces on a few weeks ago, and wow, what a difference her teeth have already shifted so much. It’s incredible. Everyone in the office is very kind and my daughter thoroughly enjoys every visit. Highly recommend!

Today was my very first appointment in the first colonial location and I was very pleased with my visit. Not only was everyone very kind and patient but they were also very informative and picked the best plan of action for my smile. Last but surely not least I was taken care of by the ortho assistant Sharon and she makes you feel so at home and she was super kind and attentive to me. She also is super patient and explains the entire process very well! I would one hundred percent recommend to anyone needing orthodontic work done

In theory still have 8 months of treatment left, but my guess is due repeated issues on their end it will be extended. They clearly have far too many patients, and it seems, nowhere near enough staff. First 6-7 months of treatment were great. They were responsive, appointments were easy to schedule and keep. Then something changed around March of 2025. Their communication disappeared. They canceled appointments the day before and were impossible to get in touch with to reschedule. That has only gotten worse. My latest appointment was supposed to be January 5th. They canceled the first week of December due to "scheduling issues." I have been trying to reschedule since through both text and calls (10+ text messages, multiple calls). Finally today, January 13th, my appointment was rescheduled...For February 2nd. Not to mention, the Dr. who set my treatment appears to no longer work there, and apparently laid out a treatment plan that is not possible. So the one problem I was looking to have fixed by the braces is NOT what is getting fixed, and I was not aware of it until 14 months into the treatment

They constantly reschedule my kids' appointments and canceled again today. Now they can't see them until January 22. My payments are always on time, so l've done my part. Being short on doctors "because of the holidays" is not my problem and was never mentioned. Worst service ever.

I wanted to leave an amazing review to the First Colonial Behl Oerhdontics because my overall experience was amazing. from the beginning of the process to the application of my Invisaligns. Sharon made my first office visit stress free. When discussing the options between braces and invisiligns, she was very honest and I could tell she genuinely cared. I suffer from extreme anxiety and she was able to make me feel at ease. Maddie also was great in keeping communication with me and keeping me updated with my appointment and scheduling as well! Even the gentleman who greeted me when signing documents was wonderful, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. But the part I was extremely nervous for was the application of the actual Invisaligns, I was assigned Natalie to be my doctor in checking up with the process of my weekly updates for my Invisaligns. I wish I could have a person like Natalie to help me with all my appointments even outside of here! I felt comfortable and she was so understanding of my anxiety. She was kind, fun, and relatable. I’m very grateful for her in making the application of my Invisaligns so simple. Thank you Natalie, your service to patients is amazing and I hope I can meet people like you, not only imán orthodontist office, but in life in general, We need more people like you.
