Everything was perfect, I am big on first impressions and the office staff and Dr Schreiber chef's kiss, from the greeting, appt scheduling, paperwork 👍🏾👍🏾, followup calls and text. I don't play about my kids and the Dr explained everything clear no fast talking, excellent customer service. I ain't never have a Dr call hours later to check on his patient my daughter. Happy mom here😊

I dread dentist. Thankfully I was referred to Dr Schreiber for difficult/complicated extractions. I have been treated with respect ,professionalism & empathy from Dr. Schreiber & all his staff. I have had the "pleasure " of having service at both his offices & highly recommend their care. Thank you Dr. Schreiber & crew for the excellent work you do!

The nurse told me some folks can eat steak after getting their wisdom tooth extracted. I digress. I got four wisdom teeth extracted one was impacted. It is now 14 days later and the tooth that was impacted is still hurting especially when I wake up in the morning. Not to mention they wrote me a whopping total of 12 hydrocodone for the pain.. TWELVE.. with the directions stating take every 4-6 hours as needed... Want to guess how long those lasted? I called back and steak girl recommended I take Tylenol. Moreover, I am on the athletic side., the nurse was confused as to why my resting heart rate was low.. Its because I exercise SILLY. Lastly, Mrs Sweethmouth "billing lady" was too busy flirting with my man instead of focusing on the billing aspect of the surgery. I wouldn't recommend this place to pull a tooth out of a sharks mouth.

Reception desk makes fun of and mocks other patients while people are in the waiting room. Surgeon doesn’t care if you’re in pain after literally hacking away at your mouth and jaw. One day’s worth of pain meds is all you get. Tough shit. Feeling terrible and need to get in touch with them? Oh well, no one will get back to you. 2 stars because the ladies that prepped me for the procedure were nice.

Their prices are too high, maybe triple the average in Hampton roads. They lie that insurance will cover a bill that is later sent to the patient. They will not inform you in advance to lure you into their service. I received a $1600 bill that was supposedly to be covered by insurance. Marque I had already paid out of pocket $610. Consulted with other providers and realized that their prices are more than triple the average. This might explain why insurance companies do not cover these doctors. Wouldn't recommend it!
