They were fast and great, but I'm pretty sure they lied and didn't admit laughing gas , I'm pretty sure it was just oxygen 🤣 I did not feel one thing from said "laughing gas" that they administered to me. So either I have a tolerance of a bull, orrrr idk. Maybe someone can explain because, when I see people on laughing gas, it isn't what I felt that's for sure 🤣

Springfield Dentistry and Braces is lucky to have Shay. She’s incredibly professional, skilled, and truly patient-focused. I’ve never felt my mouth as clean as I do after a visit with her. Shay takes her time, explains everything clearly, and gives great recommendations. She’s also very friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Had the initial consult for a surgical extraction for my mom, who can get stressed. Everyone in the office was kind and attentive. Cynthia's went above and beyond following up to get the consult images in advance of the consult, even calling to the Dentist office. Mom felt very comfortable with the dentist, Catalina. So, my mom had her extractions. They were wonderful!. She was so scared; Catalina and team were very comforting. After the Novocain, it was under 5 minutes to extract 3 teeth with no pain. Mom’s healing was fast and painless.highly recommend

I can’t recommend these folks enough! I drive almost two hours to be seen here - because they came so highly recommended- and then my own experience even exceeded the initial referral! The entire staff are kind and consummate professionals . This is clearly a team of people who enjoy working together and that trusting, capable, and experienced dynamic ripples out. I experienced zero waiting - I’ve never seen such skilled efficiency. Both the Springfield and the Chicopee branches are set up with welcoming reception areas and pristine surgical suite style back areas. During all parts of my appointments -the communications, process, AND procedure were seamless, expert, and so very compassionate. As someone who experiences pretty awful anxiety around dentistry- I feel so lucky to have found these incredibly skilled humans!
