Admire Dental Springfield

Chose Admire Dental based on location and I have no regrets. Exceptional service from front desk to assistants to the dentist. Staff is friendly, office is clean and smells good 👍. Quick in and out which is a plus. Have been there twice now and I have no complaints. I'm extremely satisfied with the work done. Definitely recommend 100%

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the X-rays and cleaning were done thoroughly, and the dentist really took the time to listen—especially when discussing a referral for further TMJ care. I also appreciated the extra toothbrush and dental care essentials they provided for at-home care. Highly recommend!

I have an extreme fear of the dentist. I mean extreme!!! I have been to many dentist offices that made me feel so bad about my teeth and just get completely frustrated with me for my anxiety. Not at Admire dental! Efrain at the front desk was so helpful on the phone, helping me with my insurance, and making me feel welcome and comfortable when I arrived. Once I got in the back I started to lose it. Crying hysterically..Anilsha came to get to assist me and immediately made me feel at ease. She was so gentle while taking my xrays and reassured me that I never need to feel embarrassed and she will walk me through everything she is doing. In fact did walk me through everything step by step and didnt make feel like I was being a big baby. Dr. Kwon came back to take a look in my mouth, I immediately started crying again the second the metal tool touch my mouth. Dr. Kwon stopped what he was doing, took a minute and then used a different instrument to check my teeth that made less anxious. He also did not make me feel like a piece of crap about my teeth. He just simply told me what needs to be done and what steps to take to achieve that. If I could give Efrain, Anilsha, and Dr. Kwon 20 stars I would!!!!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and a welcoming atmosphere. The office is always clean, neat, and well-organized, which immediately puts you at ease. They always have something playing on the TV, making it very kid-friendly and comfortable for families. The staff is incredibly polite, warm, and professional, and they truly make you feel cared for. I couldn’t ask for a better dental office — highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and welcoming place.

Luis was amazing. I was running into problem after problem and he just kept resolving my issues. He was truly made for customer service. He is very professional from beginning to end. He has great customer service skills and admire dental is lucky to have him. My fear of the dentist is also minimal now because admire dental is so awesome. From the receptionist to the dental assistants and the doctor all are just great. All of my questions were answered and i never felt rushed or like i was annoying them because i did ask a lot of questions. When it comes to my teeth i am a baby. Truly a great place to go.
