This place is amazing the nurses Dr omg! I had the worst toothache I have ever felt in my 36 years of living, I called 1st thing, got me in 1st thing an oh my I left that place feeling soo much better, happy, heard, an most importantly!! I left there honestly took care of!!! Thank u guys are million times over!!! amazing staff hands dwn the dr i had took most of my fears I had with dentist away 10/10 recommend

After 30 years with this office, my family and I leaving the practice. I stayed with the office after Dr. Ditomassi began his retirement. Everything went well with Dr. Joshi in the transition, but after her husband became the financial manager, billing became a issue. Every service had a change in price after the final billing statement and even after a sit down consultation with him. I paid out of pocket, and he confirmed when the insurance made its payment, I would be refunded. When the payment came, he readjusted the claim and kept over $800. When confronted, there was disrespect and a lack of professionalism. After my daughter being charged a $40 adjustment last month for a 2024 mouth piece, and lack of staff consistency( 3 different hygienist over my last 3 cleanings), we are moving on.

I unfortunately do not recommend this dentist to NO ONE. The receptionists are very unresponsible, I had an appointment twice and when I got the day off work to go, they said they wouldn’t be able to do it on that day anymore and said they called me to let me know and when I check my call list and there’s NO calls from them both times. Multiple times I’ve had problems with my insurance becuase the receptionist said they would send them a letter themselves and never did.Overall, I’ve had the worst experience but the DR itself isn’t bad.

They were phenomenal we didn't even wait mayb like 3 to 4 minutes no lie by the time I finished paperwork I was called in but my daughter went in before me and she worked fast but did her job exceptionally

I had a wonderful experience here for the first time for myself as my daughter has been here since a little girl for about 18 years and counting and I needed a new place to go to and I choose here. Very compassionate people who work here and very caring and honest. They explained everything to me, detailed and the lady who is a dentist was very kind very caring. She as well explained everything to me. I am very happy that I chose to come here. I felt very comfortable and I definitely would suggest if anybody was looking for somewhere to come to this place.
