My Clear Aligner Expert Springfield MA

So. We have had good experiences in the past, however yesterday was not one. I had to take my son out of school, so he missed important classes, I had to miss work because no one cares to express they were more then an hour behind and when I asked the only person I could ask I was provided no information just attitude and then had to listen to her speak poorly of me in Spanish , her not knowing I understood her words. Someone had the time to remind us of the appointment,they also had the time to speaker about food and personal things. but no one could tell us we didn’t need to be on time as it was over an hour after his scheduled appointment before he was seen. If I were late I would Of been turned away. I was late for work. Through no fault of my own . I don’t appreciate my time not mattering, I don’t appreciate being spoken about in public, when all I did was very nicely ask what was going on. There were no emergency, many people were clearly walking around not busy, discussing personal things while my family lost money due to being very late and disrespectful about it. The orthodontist assistant was the most helpful individual on sight. And there is no one to talk to or call. A big circle of being ignored. We have no choice but to continue and we hope for a better experience in the future.

Some of the ladies were nice but one of them made me wait extra time for no reason because she didn’t set the appointment the first time even though she said she was going to set the appointment so I waited almost a month then i came back and they told me I had to wait 3 weeks because there was no appointment and that same girl from the front always struggles to find my appointment and she might be doing it on purpose because how are you gonna make me do a whole process to get braces and then tell me you forgot to set the appointment to meet with the orthodontist that was the whole point of going there she gave me her word and said she was going to put the appointment but didn’t give me no reassurance and after she made me wait 3 weeks after the first month they made me wait just to tell me that there was no appointment. That was so unprofessional and incompetent of them and her y’all just like to waste time.

I love it at OMG Smiles. I received braces a year ago and the journey has been amazing with front desk staff, dental assistants and the doctors. Great communication, very friendly and thoughtful. Friendly staff, nice clean facility. Went in for cleaning and had a great experience. Came back for braces and had an amazing experience. Kenny the orthodontist assistant is such an outgoing, professional, friendly person. Dr Carl was also great. Zero complaints, recommend 10/10

Super caring orthodontist and technicians... Reception is super helpful as well. My daughter is autistic and here they have the patience and care she needs. Thanks to all. Keep doing the right way, don't change! 5 🌟 That was my first impression months ago😡😢They changed my daughter's ortho without warning, they treat me as if I were an illiterate who doesn't know anything, read the children's records before, please! If something hurts, better not do anything and send something to the pharmacy or talk to your parents to see what can be done first before removing braces or continuing to hurt?! My daughter is devastated, horrified that she doesn't want to go back to this office. I spoke on the phone, when I see results I will change this post, if there are positive results. Cambiaron la ortho de mi hija sin previo aviso, me tratan como si fuera una analfabeta que no se nada, lean los records de los niños antes, porfavor! Si algo duele, mejor no hagas nada y envia algo a la farmacia o habla con sus padres a ver que se puede hacer primero antes de remover braces o seguir lastimando?! Mi hija está devastada, horrorizada que no quiere volver a esta oficina. Hablé por telefono, cuando vea resultados cambiaré este post, si hay resultados positivos.
