This is my favorite location of Western Dental by far! The staff there is amazing. The two ladies (doctor and assistant) that took care of me today were great and made sure I wasn’t in any pain for my root canal. A+ experience. Highly recommend. Thanks again for getting me in so quick!

Buyers beware... had an appointment for my mom at 9am showed up at 8:45am. receptionists were just taking laughing and messing around while the waiting room had people already waiting for over a hour. We paid in full for a tooth implant that didn't take it and it fell out. We let them know once it happened the same week. They gave us the run around for over 10 month till we threatened them legally. They promised they will make it right and this is how they made it right. After waiting for 1hr 20mins they called us to counter and told us the DR that does the implants is in a different location. They said they made an appointment to the wrong office and then sent us to a different location. Once we got there they said no one called them and the Dr was booked all day. So the other office was pretending to call other iffice to get rid of us. The other office tried to fit us in. So far I've been waiting for 4hr and still waiting. Worst experience I've ever had. Save time and money and go elsewhere.

Christian was especially helpful during my visit with ortho as well as my dental cleaning and scheduling. Always a great time and a pleasure to visit Western dental 12th St. location in Riverside.😁

I had the best experience at Western Central! Even though the wait was a little long, it was absolutely worth it. The entire staff is so kind, understanding, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Kaur is truly amazing and has hands of an angel. She is incredibly gentle, compassionate, and always makes sure her patients receive the best care and treatment possible. She takes the time to listen, explain everything, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. I also want to recognize the wonderful staff: Jasmine, Jesus, Patty, Vanessa, and Christan. They are all so supportive, caring, and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Western Central to anyone looking for a healthcare team that truly cares about their patients. Thank you for such an amazing experience, I will most definitely be back to get my treatment done.
