Irma in braces was absolutely amazing with my 10- and 12-year-olds. They had just gotten their braces put on Tuesday and were in quite a bit of pain and discomfort. She was so patient, gentle, and incredibly kind while adjusting everything to make sure they felt comfortable. She took the time (again!) to carefully show them how to use their wax properly. She added extra rubber bands for comfort, redid my son’s wires just to make sure he was extra comfortable, and even let him change his bands. She truly went above and beyond in every way. What meant the most to me as a mom was how sweet and reassuring she was. She never rushed them, truly listened to their concerns, and made sure they were comfortable before we left. That kind of compassion and patience makes all the difference. We are so grateful for her care and professionalism. Thank you, Irma! 💙

From the moment I walked in, the front-desk ladies were absolutely wonderful—polite, professional, welcoming, and by far some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered anywhere. They were patient, respectful, and explained everything clearly, especially when it came to appointments and insurance, which made the entire process stress-free. The dental team was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and fully understood my treatment. The office itself is clean, modern, and very well maintained, which really adds to the overall experience. Everything was handled efficiently, and I never once felt rushed or overlooked. It’s clear this office truly cares about their patients and takes pride in providing quality care and great customer service. Martha Ocampo in the orthodontics department was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding orthodontic care for my son.
