If I could give 100 stars I would! Doctor Andrew’s is so amazingly kind, knowledgeable and an incredible problem solver! And Anna is so lovely, considerate and informative! I had an amazing experience and I was there for a root canal (which should tell you how not amazing it should have been) my experience here has made me not so afraid of all the work I need and the compassion from the entire office has helped me not feel so ashamed to get back on track with my dental health! Will be recommending to friends and family and will be back for more work and care! Thank you so much I’m very appreciative!

I had such an amazing experience at Western Dental thanks to the wonderful team there! The office manager, Brenda, was so welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. She made everything smooth and stress-free and truly cares about the patients. Also, a huge thank you to Christian, the orthodontist coordinator, for being so attentive, friendly, and informative. Christian took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident during the process. Their customer service and positive attitudes really made a difference. Highly recommend this office and their amazing team!

I had a great experience at the Chicago location of Western Dental. Brenda, the manager, and her entire team were extremely professional, respectful, and welcoming throughout my visit. The whole process was smooth and pleasant, and I truly felt very well taken care of from start to finish. I appreciate their excellent customer service and the care they showed me. I had a great experience here at Western dental riverside office. Came in with a broken tooth. Dr. Hameed was very easy to work with. Also had a lot of anxiety and nervousness when coming in but, Dr. Hameed made me feel at ease and was very gentle with the tooth extraction I received. I came in for a check up 2 weeks later and everything is healing perfectly fine. Dr. Hameed thank you once agin for making this experience easy for me. I highly recommend Dr. Hameed for anyone who comes here. 💯

Horrible experience. I scheduled 4 returning appointments. They call me the day OF the appointments to tell me they can only see two of us because they don’t have time to see us all. Fine whatever, I show up and they xray my two minor children, I wasn’t allowed to accompany them which is so strange being that they are minors but okay….Next thing you know after their X-rays and they get put in a room i get called back up to the receptionist and they tell me my kids are due for a cleaning but they can’t do it at their appointments because the doctor doesn’t have time..ridiculous When I tell you they will text you, email and snail mail reminder cards to schedule like crazy and then when you finally do schedule they never complete their work on the same day it’s so frustrating. We will unfortunately be completing the cleaning but I will not be returning after that, I do not recommend this business whatsoever . Try FRIENDLY dentistry on 3rd street in Riverside they are family owned and have the absolute best time management and are very considerate.
