This was an unsatisfactory visit. My mother recently had full upper dentures in Feb 2026. After spending 3k on bone grafting as insurance did not cover the procedure. She was provided dentures that fitted. Came back a week later after her teeth were removed and told she had to just “get use” to them and come back 6 months later. Now sept 2026, we came back in for an adjustment as her gums have healed but we notice her denture does align and even fit to the palette of her mouth. Thus we were never able to use the denture. The doctor went on to say she has a big bone in the top of her palette that would require sugery for the denture to fit properly and that insurance would likely not cover it. Why weren’t we informed of this when they did the evaluation prior to removing all her upper teeth, 3k in bone grafting, and dentures that they knew wouldn’t fit? Now we are left with no teeth, 3k in bone grafting, and dentures that don’t fit. Then Dentist informed us we have two adjustments a year. We left the dentist and the dentures were not corrected but some how that counts as one visit. All we are asking is, can we please get the dentures corrected so my mom can have teeth to eat and dignity.

Very pleasant experience at this place everyone here is very respectful and understanding, from the front desk they walk you through everything and take the time to have you understand what is going on. My dentist Saima Erum has been incredible to me and quick to explain and listen to concerns. Not to mention Lydia has been amazing at making me feel comfortable and confident which has helped me take care of my teeth much better! I have recommended this place to my entire family and I’ll continue to do so!

Maria Fernandez was an incredible ! She thoroughly explained my treatment plan, providing me with multiple options and payment plans. Initially, I was apprehensive about the cost of my care, but she put my worries to rest.

They service is quick, clear, and provides all the options needed for treatment. They discuss finance options, work with you to achieve the best payment plans and overall care for the patient over profit. Finance department made talking about payment plans stress-free

Staff made me feel very comfortable. Doctor was gentle (as gentle as you can be while ripping a tooth out of my head) she was genuinely concerned about my pain during my procedure. Professional with a heart!!!
